What do you like best about the product?
Easy manging of the DTC customers, sales orders, shipping, invoicing etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report designer tool is a bit hard to use

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down and to use generic inquiries to get the data that I need. High flexibility to do customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed is not always the best. A lot of out of the box reports and features required heavy customziations to cater to our needs, which was not what we were told would need to happen when we did our requirements assessment. A lot of items that we wanted once we actually started our implementation, we were told that our company is a little more complex than what Acumatica normally does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to bring a lot of reporting tools into one system. However, some reports and analysis seem to run a lot slower in Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, amazing R&D, simplified processes for A/P.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too early to tell, we are 2 months into the implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our last ERP Dynamics SL is being retired by Microsoft. We chose Acumatica to replace as it was a similar product.
Great ERP
What do you like best about the product?
User interface so easy to navigate and use!! Love the functionality and would recommend to any customer that struggles to pass any audits. It was very easy moving over to using Acumatica from our prior system. Customer support is helpful. Integrations with other Open API's are easy and helps with streamlining and customizing your business to your specific needs. I use it everyday!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the financial reports are not as versatile as you would want. But this is a hard question to answer since it literally solved all our in house accounting and operation issues. Sometimes customer support are a bit slower than what it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based helps with accessing Acumatica from anywhere anytime! Project management helps with managing out projects and day to day operations

Requires customizations for our business and that prevents us from going to the cloud.

This software has helped streamline our dispatch of technicians and has easily integrated into our daily lives

Being a new user, there is so many options and processes that need to be ironed out in the beginning for the system to work for you

We were a pen paper company and information was constantly being lost. Having real time information at your fingertips has made us more efficient

I like the industry-specific products and continued updates included in contracts

I don't like that you can't alphabetize your favorites

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and customer support is easy to contact.

Some of the orders of operation can seem cumbersome.

Acumatica helps us correlate invoices and service orders. It is easy to keep track of yearly maintenance and contract customers.
