Great experience learning from the experts both from Acumatica and there many partners.
What do you like best about the product?
I've like seeing where Acumatica is headed both in terms of the ERP system itself but also in their growing the number of partners around the world and in developing seperate modules for other business like the constuction business.
Having the chance to talk to other customers about their experiences with the system in terms of problem issues and resolution of those issues has been helpful.
The ability to talk with our third party vendors in the same location has also been helpful as well as seeing what else is available that we may be able to intergrate in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few times when the information being covered in the keynote address was also covered in the customer sessions although it was amazing to see what is coming. I also wonder about the abililty of the Summit to keep growing with more and more customers and partners attending. Sometimes hard to find a place that was quiet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing the Acumatica and Fusion solved for us was the intergration of our POS system with our ERP. We had seperate systems which required duplicate data entry and merging of several reports.
We also have been able to batch processes that we were doing individually before which has allowed our customer service team to be able to work more with customer relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is easy to follow. Lots of things that are configurable and don't require programming/coding skills. LOVE the generic inquiries to build and set up/share that pull lots of analytics data. The results are exportable to Excel for those who have to do more with Excel
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the relationship between the projects module and the services module needs to be a bit more seamless...difficult to describe here. The required "Default Task" in the Appointments header causes quite a problem for our particular field services where the field techs many times need to add new project tasks from the field. The Default task many times induces user input errors by the field techs who are using the mobile phones or tablets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are consolidating data from VERY old legacy systems and spreadsheets into one master set of financials and project/services platform. We've benefitted from centralized data and the ability to even think about simple integrations with value added services that our company may benefit from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
be very careful in the VAR partner selection. ask lots of questions, especially concerning the financials, project, and services modules

I like the technology, the cloud, and framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like Acumatica.

My VAR practices run tremendously since working with Acumatica.
Acumatica is the ERP for any company who needs quick and reliable access to their data

The REST API is full featured and highly extensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation about database fields vs generic inquiry results, and how to join this data together is very difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that would allow us to switch to a new ERP solution one piece at a time. It was not feasible to change the entire company strucutre and processes in one fail swoop.

Easy of use and rich features throughout the entire product

The report writer is weak as hell. I hear that it is going to be improved

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. The abilities of the software are adaptable to our business needs. We also have the ability to do minor customizations that enhance our data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our business we require a return and repair system, which would be beneficial to have in Acumatica. We also require detailed lot and serial number tracking, with data tied to each serial number, which I haven't found within Acumatica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are converting finance team from Quickbooks, and they are fast becoming converted to the benefits of Acumatica, as far as work flow, traaceablity and reporting. We are also project based, which Acumatica does well.

Innovation of the product - year on year - user friendliness and having a solution for all our business scenarios

To be truthfull, there is little I dislike ... I would have to think about this one as nothing comes to mind at the drop of a hat

We replaced 4 out dated and non complimenting systems with Acumatica - thus - Acumatica solves EVERYTHING in our business

There is not much to dislike about Acumatica

We were using four systems prior to implementing with Acumatica, and therefore real time viewing of all items stored in the system.
Acumatica has provided a single source of truth for our business.
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has enabled our company to get all our a major processes into one system that is scalable, flexible and customizable. The generic inquiries, dashboards and reports have allowed us to have real time data at our fingertips. Being on the cloud and having an effecitve mobile app has imporoved the efficiency of our technicians and office staff and has enabled our growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is a forward looking company and sometimes the updates can cause short term bugs. I recommend customers take their time with updates. Test before you deploy.

CRM, Project Accounting , Mobile time tracking, Dashboards, Case Management, Field Service Managment.
