Acumatica For Growing Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Overall look and feel are intuitive. System is easy to use and the search functionality is excellent. The customizing abilities really help make it a system that can be easily used by a wide range of team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The varying skills and knowledge of the VARs. We found our first VAR, recommended by Acumatica, horrible. They didn't seem to understand our business, gave us inacurrate information, and make our first year on the system very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have all the data in one place, easily presentable. Having the option to customize interfaces for different job types and functions based on their needs has made it better overall.
Robust system with features for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I love the capabilities for the reporting and getting the system to work for us. The system gives us insight to our data on a new level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I just want to correct an error instead of having to do a correcting entry. But once entries are released they are hard to "fix"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIP and project costing. It allows us to keep visibility to the health of our business.

The end user is at the center of development architecture with No code low code features and all fields are discoverable through API.

I did not understand the full capabilities on initial implementation...but that's not an accumatica issue

The complexity of the system is a big learning curve.

Once set up it is easy to use - the generic inquiries are great and split screen options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to know if you're setting it up correctly - some of the autofeatures create more work

My Acumatica Review
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple, functional and easy to use when compared with other ERP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are errors that pop up sometimes where we are logged out or stopped from proceeding that require us to log out and log back in. There are also a lot of pop-up windows that can clutter a screen especially when multitasking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to effectively integrate projects as initiated from our sales folks as opportunities to capture them and translate into sales. We are a small business and it helps orgaqnize our operations, finance and sales teams very effectively.

Configurable, constantly looking to improve and integrate with other products.

UI can be difficult for new users. But Open University is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the live access to information and data all across various aspects of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Achiemerica fulfills all of the functions that we need it to do, but cross the board it is generally slower than I would like it to be. Performance!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accumatica is solving the problem of having various customer types with varying needs in the order taking process. It also helps us address how we need to handle purchase orders on the inventory.

It can be slow and difficult to troubleshoot that slowness.
