Scalability and pricing are great for enterprise level
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud deployment model is great, and I can see the potential to work with many different databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scaling up, we seem to keep hitting conflicts with third-party software and add-in compatibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've replaced an aging accounting system as well as a customer management problem that we had previously explored multiple lackluster options.

Easy to use - very new user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
being able to drill down and then export all the data as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the clunkiness related to customer returns and refunds - and having to customize free items, to assist our team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
accounting, reporting, and analysis -- we are able to quickly create GI's and export data - the dashboards are good (just wish they were easier to create). we have realized quicker decision making on important areas in the business!
Powerful software, difficult implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the powerful potential of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
An almost 2year implementation (not live)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It should save alot of time for employees once we can get it running.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have a clear understanding of what the features you are looking for can do. There are a lot of blanket statements about acumatica being able to do something, that was not how it was initially described by the sales team.
Acumatica is very flexible, great utilization capabilities

In some cases too flexible, more definition

Very flexible, intuitive and user-friendly, a lot of resources available.
New Acumatica User
What do you like best about the product?
The program is user friendly and constantly being improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an HR module and that the Construction management piece was a little more similar to ProCore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time cash management has dramatically improved our process over our last system.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Acumatica is the flexibility we have using the online cloud-based platform. I can use it anywhere and pay my bills from all over the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Acumatica is the format of the pages. I would prefer not to click on the bottom right corner of the page to go to the next page. I would rather it be like when I am printing my check run. The list is all there, and all I do is keep scrolling down till I find what I need. Or use the right side to scroll down. Having them in a page-like format instead of all available in a file that you can easily scroll through as a complete file is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve the inefficiency of our team's time wasted on our ERP software.

This software is an incredibly powerful hidden secret that will take over the world!

too many places to save - release - process

We are now looking into the expense program which will allow us to remove one of our outside programs. I'm very excited about the general inquiries and reporting on Acumatica.
Acumatica is a robust web based ERP with a wealth of an API library to Integrate or Customize
What do you like best about the product?
The well documented API with ability to customize, integrate, or extend the core application all in a stable, auditable and upgrade friendly manner. Flexibility to grow your business. Option to install on-premise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing model is confusing, especially for an early adopter of the on-premise model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete operations, supply chain, cloud integration, custom applications and financial fundamentals to run the core pieces of our business across many verticals.
Great Product. Needs better Implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the capabilities that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there has to be a better way of making sure that the people who help implement it are appropriately vetted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Acumatica for all aspects of our business. Even with the problems we have come across, it is still by far a better product than we had previously.
Best ERP Out There
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is User friendly, easy to use and learn. The ability to quickly access data is key for Adhoc analysis in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, and I honestly mean that. It has allowed me to do my job at a high level.
