My experience with Acumatica has been phenomal
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to use the application and be anywhere in the world and see what is happening with my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches in the accounting part of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way it has impacted the most is to be able to know where each project is (percentage of completion and the profit into the project).

Acumatica Hell
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is automated and that's about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software not being stable... lot of errors. I'm not sure if it is Acumatica or the VAR (I think it smost likely due to the VAR).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No benefits realized at this time.
Acumatica has potential
What do you like best about the product?
I like the GI feature, customizable tabs and filtering system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently what I dislike is the multiple clicks it takes to do something. Currently in Sales Orders - the lack of a single spot, single snapshot, that holds information such as PO vendor and PO#
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like the GI feature. We have solved a lot of our reporting issues. I love the filter functionality within a GI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you take your time implementing the system. Make sure your consultant has a strong Accounting background and really understand your business.

Reduce manual input - achieve maximum productivity out of employees

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the erp software to the needs of our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, offline capability when using the mobile app. Specifically for Service Techs in the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source business software, reducing the need for external parnter applications to conduct business.
Everything except payroll
What do you like best about the product?
The could based ability to access my data everywhere. The ability to integrate and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
the PC Bennett payroll solution was very troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated with 1 of 2 POS systems. We have integrated with are main product supplier.

consider outside payroll options
Love how they are constantly innovating and improving
What do you like best about the product?
I love the filtering and sorting capabilities, I like that it is cloud based. I love the universal search feature
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the dashboard spaces are fixed, and I have trouble customizing column sizes. I don't like that when searching long lits the most recent document automatically jumps to the top of the list. I think I would prefer to scroll down a page instead of page forward through each page. I hate that when I copy a document and paste it into a new document that the old date also copies I wish it was the current date.

Inventory and Purchasing planning and scheduling, good information across all platforms and departments, and one software program for everything

I like that it is web based program with dashboards.

A reduction in 80% time in the entry of sales orders.
Good but lots to learn
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly once you have time to learn where everything is located and it is very intuitive to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The understanding of the database tables and how to are connected. For me I have used Acumatica less than a a year and my roll at my job is to create remotes but I have had trouble creating reports with the tables I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping my company by creating reports to operate more efficiently as well as auditing financial records. Acumatica has helped me perform my duties but there is more I need to learn and I am hoping to learn more this week.
