What do you like best about the product?
Wow,​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ what I like the most about Udemy Business is the fact that it is so simple to start the learning process without the need for any planning. If I am interested in a topic, I just look through the options, pick a course, and I am good to go in no time. The platform provides me with a good mixture of both beginner and advanced level content, so I never get the feeling that I am stuck or that my options are limited.
Another thing that I like is the fact that instructors are coming from absolutely different backgrounds, which makes the lessons more authentic and less academic. Moreover, I consider it very handy that I can download lessons and learn wherever I want, even if I do not have an internet connection and I am traveling.
Course playlists are a great way for me to organize what I want to study next and thus keep me motivated. Also, I like that the platform displays the trending courses in my industry, so I can always be up to date with the skills that are getting more and more important.
Basically, it seems to me that this is a straightforward, flexible learning tool that can be easily integrated into my daily ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌routine.

Also, the search function could be better as it sometimes shows me results that have nothing to do with my keywords.
I have also observed that the platform is not very friendly with saving your progress and especially when you switch from mobile to desktop. Udemy Business would be great if it could generate stronger learning paths for those who are looking for a more organized way. I also think that the quizzes which are in some courses are too limited in length and they do not really evaluate your knowledge.
Anyway, it is still a great tool for everyday ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌learning.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the flexibility the app offers. Whether I want to learn something late at night or squeeze in a lesson during a short break, I can simply open the app and pick up exactly where I left off. The range of courses is impressive, sometimes I’m genuinely surprised by how many niche topics are available. I also really like that the videos are divided into small, manageable segments. This makes the content feel less overwhelming, and I can complete a section even if I only have 10 or 15 minutes to spare. The search and filter functions work well too; I can usually find a suitable course quickly without endless scrolling. Since my team has access as well, it’s great that we can learn together or recommend courses to one another. It’s a big help for upskilling without having to rely on lengthy, formal training sessions. All in all, the convenience and the extensive library are what make this app stand out for me.

There is a noticeable inconsistency in course quality. What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the templates provided by Udemy Business, which are excellent right out of the box and offer a wide variety of choices. This level of customization allows us to maintain a professional appearance that management appreciates, as it makes us look good without excessive effort. Additionally, I am impressed with the intuitive user interface, which allowed me to get started easily without much input from my colleagues. This usability means I didn't need to take much time from others to get up to speed, which is always a positive. The ease with which I could jump into using some existing courses, tweak them, and start working suggests a well-designed system that supports new users effectively. There is also robust documentation and abundant online content from experienced users that offer hints and tips, further aiding in the ease of use. What do you like best about the product?
One of the best learning platform for business, having almost all the category courses, with a lot of features that eventually helps in learning like adding notes with timestamps, QnA section etc. And I think one of the easiest platform to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my view there are few things udemy needs to improve like their quiz section needs a lot of improvement, also live courses should be included other than that no mazor things.

It is helping organization to upskill their employees by assigning them courses, track progess and many more. And employees can also self assign the courses and start upskilling.
