Also, it provides out of-the-box IT Information Library (ITIL) service support functionality. Usage instructions
To start Harbor DTR for this product, please log in as an EC2 user to this instance and follow the next commands:
cd ~/mtx_bin ./prepar_harbor_env.sh
Log in to Harbor with the default Admin user and password.
Installing BMC provides Jenkins pipelines to install BMC Helix Service Management on your on-premises systems. To get started with the installation, you must understand the end-to-end process for implementing BMC Helix Service Management on your system. To set up your system, you must meet the system requirements, download the installation files, perform the installation, complete the system configurations, and then make the system available to the users.
