Registration will open on September 28 at 9:30am at La Nuvola, Viale Asia, 40/44, 00144 Roma RM, Italy.

To receive your badge for the AWS Symposium Rome event, you will need to show the QR code to be found in the confirmation email that will be sent to you shortly before the event, as well as a valid photo ID issued by the government.

The AWS Symposium Rome app is now available for download and allows you to see the agenda and all the sessions as well as to manage your calendar during the day of the event and much more.

During the AWS Symposium Rome, sessions will be accessible on a first-come first-served basis.
We recommend using the AWS Symposium Rome app to help you organize your day and give you time to move between rooms. Download the app to your mobile phone for Android or iOS.
 

All rooms are equipped with amplification systems for those with hearing difficulties, as well as special reserved seats in the front rows. If you need additional assistance, please contact us here as soon as possible.

If you give your consent for a Sponsor to have your badge scanned or to a session sponsored by a Sponsor, AWS will be allowed to share your name, your email address, your home address (including street and house number, city, region, zip code and country), your telephone number, your qualification and your company so that you can receive marketing communications from the Sponsor via email, telephone number and land mail.

This consent is optional, as you can choose not to show your badge. If you have questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. Contact the Sponsor to unsubscribe from its marketing communications. Providing your information to the Sponsor may involve transferring it to another country. If you have any questions about how the Sponsor will handle your data, please contact it directly or review its privacy policy.

Whether you're new to the cloud or an experienced user, you'll learn something new at an AWS Symposium. These events, held all over the world, are designed to train new customers on the use of AWS cloud services and to offer existing customers technical content and best practices to use AWS services in the most effective way.
All AWS Symposiums feature a Keynote highlighting the most recent communications and customer stories, as well as technical sessions led by AWS engineers. You'll learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and much more. You'll also have the chance to meet with AWS staff and partners to get a technical answer to your questions.  

We are currently not accepting additional Speakers for AWS Public Sector Symphosium Rome or content proposals for sessions. However, we always appreciate feedback from our customers.  

Click on the “Register Now” button at the top to begin the registration process. Availability is limited, so book your spot as soon as possible.

Registering for AWS Symposium Rome allows you to access the opening Keynote and to all Tracks at the Partner Solution Expo. Meals offered include lunch and some snacks.  

The AWS Symposium Rome is free of charge.  

During the AWS Symposium Rome, sessions will be accessible on a first-come first-served basis. As seats are not guaranteed, there is no need to pre-register.  

La Nuvola has facilities to ensure access for people with disabilities by means of lifts connecting the main access (street level) to level -1 and from there to all other levels.

If you need additional assistance or have special accessibility needs, please contact us at least one week before the event. We will do our best to provide you with an appropriate service.

For special dietary needs, you should contact us at the following e-mail address at least two weeks before the start of the event so that we can meet your request.
