Vector Builds New Energy Platform on AWS

Vector, an innovative New Zealand energy company with a portfolio of energy and communication businesses across Australasia and the Pacific, embarked on a strategic alliance with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to create its New Energy Platform (NEP) and digitize millions of energy network assets at scale. In this video, Vector Group CEO Simon Mackenzie and Vector Chief Digital Officer Nikhil Ravishankar describe how the NEP aims to improve the way energy consumption data is collected and processed from IoT-connected advanced meters, by combining Vector’s energy knowledge with AWS services, across IoT, analytics, and infrastructure.
