New courses and updates from AWS Training and Certification in January 2023

In January 2023, AWS Training and Certification released 20 digital training products on AWS Skill Builder, including a games-focused AWS Jam Journey for AWS Skill Builder subscribers, two new learning plans (and earn digital badges) for Solutions Architects and Game Developers, and updates to two AWS Certification exams.

Updated AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional: registration now open

Registration is now open for the updated AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional exam. These updates reflect changes in trends, the industry landscape, and the work practices of cloud professionals. If you are preparing for this exam or need to re-certify, you have the option to retake the current on or before March 6, 2023, or the updated AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional starting March 7, 2023.

Updated AWS Certified Developer – Associate: Registration now open

Registration is now open for the updated AWS Certified Developer – Associate exam. The first day to take the updated AWS Certified Developer – Associate exam is February 28, 2023. The changes to the updated exam are not significant and reflect changes in trends, the industry landscape, and the work practices of cloud professionals. If you need to re-certify, you have the option to retake the current or updated AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or upgrade to the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, which will automatically re-certify the AWS Certified Developer – Associate.

Cloudreach’s Talent Academy embraces diverse talent

In October of 2021, Cloudreach, a leading cloud consultancy and AWS Partner with a global footprint, began an ambitious and inclusive training program. With a robust internal AWS Training program in place, Cloudreach is experienced in turning conventional technologists into cloud specialists. This program was different, though. When Chris Dagdigian graduated with a degree in Biotechnology in 1995, the industry was poised to explode with innovation and possibility.
