What do you like best about the product?
I can access my content at one location. I also like the fact that it can be accessed from anywhere and not being teid to a desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am used to the desktop version so is hard to find functionalities similar to the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for reviewing data and do some kind of a data analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
It is game changing that Esri provided acess to k12 educators to use ArcGIS Online in the classroom. This provides students with vaulable access to critical thinking and problem solving skills. Students now have the ability to practice their spaital analysis on a platform that GIS professionals use to help build the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - However, more training for educators to continue using GIS would be benefical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ArcGIS online in a K12 setting to introduce students to problem solving skills.

Glitches with ArcGIS Online interface w/in Story Maps

What do you like best about the product?
I like that AGO can be easily access and integrated with Esri Story maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that the AGO interface within Story Maps is very glitchy and most times does not show the actual symbols when you are creating a map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ArcGIS Online allows non-GIS users to quickly and efficiently create useful maps, so it's great for academic work.

Mobile applications, dashboards, offline maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to back up your data. Would like to see webmaps have their configurations readily availabe if something breaks in the webmap and it must be re-built.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to securely distribute data to field crews on mobile devices and to disconnect users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout. To many screens to navaigate

We've been able to customize an asset management solution and distribute it to our organization using AGOL

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that I can get on arcgis.com and make a web app for members of my organization in just minutes. The apps look really good and they are intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made collector apps, explorer apps, story maps, tabbed maps. I have done analysis on my data. I have used ArcGIS data to enrich my own data.

Great way to share maps for others outside of my organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like that people who have no access to ESRI products and view my work. It has fast processing time and is at time more intuitve than arcmap desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with rasters in a pain and many time my layers do not draw in the correct order. I still get confused exporting files from ArcPro to online and many time can't upload data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Environmental issues such a pollution. It is very easy for visual inspection to go back and create more research questions.

Great access for those with limited resources

What do you like best about the product?
It makes GIS available to those that do not have the resources to purchase something more robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing capabilites are not as straight forward. IE setting a field visible in the pop up configuration and having to do it again for the attribute table
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running our workflow process. We have a large mapping team and it makes it really easy to spread the work out as well as automation.
