ArcGIS Online is useful for creating easy maps
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to create a map very quickly and be able to share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more features that appear in desktop to make it even more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great mapping software!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and straight forward to create a beautiful map with whatever geospatial data you have;
You can easily share the map/web-app you created with your customers;

What do you dislike about the product?
currently I don't have any dislikes.
It will be more helpful if ESRI can put more demos in this product such that we can explore it and be creative to creat our own products.

We are basically visualize some of our data with geo-spatial inforamtions and share the insights with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share information online and the accessibility to the workforce
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to add more geoprocessing functions to arcgis online

Doing alot of problem solving for vegetation management

Somewhat easy to use. There are many options for how to tell a story. It is easy to update our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the managment of files can be chanllenging. I end up with a lot of clutter in the 'my content' area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to provide our regulated community access to maps and documents thoght the online map. We hope to add new layers soon.
Great, but still needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Getting more and more easy to use. Love 3D web scenes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of groups in table of content in 2D web maps. 3D scenes solves this perfectly!

Common collaborative maps for our projects makes sure averyone are on the same page.

I find ArcGIS Online very use to use. I like the ability to customize maps and then use them right away in StoryMaps or creating apps.

Wish there were more base map options at times when I need something different.

Visualizing data for members and customers is easy and clear.

The most helpful thing is being able to create sites to share data and applications easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is unclear of the differences between the content that is created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share data with the public and with other county GIS users easily. I am also able to create web applications easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful about storing too much data in your account. It will eat up credits unnecessarily.
