Easy user interface allows me to manage rollouts and updates at the enterprise level easily. Works well with all the software we use. Self service tool eliminates a lot of individual support requests.

Forced a Zoom update once in the middle of an All Hands I was presenting. Small disruption but I wish I could have avoided it.

Best MDM solution for Mac
What do you like best about the product?
Zero-touch deployment has been essential for my organization to ensure all laptops are provisioned perfectly to support work from home first.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the passport feature is great I find the lack of integration with Google Workspace is the only downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving remediations constantly without having to have hands-on. The benefit is being compliant to accomplish constant security compliance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for the perfect mobile device management for your Mac fleet, Kandji is that and more.
Easy to use service with high quality support team
What do you like best about the product?
Good onboarding experience made it easy to setup and migrate all laptops to Kandji. Easy to add apps to the self-service app store. Good fast support who implemented the new suggested feature within a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of the website.
The UX for a few of the overview pages could be improved, such as the overview of the blueprints, it was not clear at first that I had to click into the blueprint to edit it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing that all our laptops are running with the latest versions of various applications and OS without needing any intervention from my side makes my job easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although it may be slightly more expensive than other competitors, the price is fare given the value from their support team.
A nice and robust tool for quick and easy secure deployment
What do you like best about the product?
Once I saw that Kandji included CIS controls I was motivated to give it a try! The interface is easy to use and from an end-user perspective, the UX is beautiful.
The level of options is stunning and we can control many areas to configure automatically the end-points. I also really appreciate that SSO is being supported because this allows us to get the local account properly created per our standards.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like Kandji to have an embedded tool or script to ease the additions of assets into ABM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure the end-points with CIS controls, remove old Apps and deploy Corporate Tools. We're deploying Sentinel One on our end-points and we're glad the rollout was easy because we needed to finish this task in Q1. Also, we wanted to make sure the local user account was created properly and following our naming convention based on the single sign on input.
A shining star in the Mac Mobile Device Management world.
What do you like best about the product?
* An enterprise user interface that's simple to use that allows you to quickly deploy your MDM within hours.
* An enterprise unriveled enterprise support will feel like you're talking to a peer, and not some person on managing helpdesk.
* Intuitive Blueprints and Library items that makes device management as efficient as possible.
* Kandji passport gives us an accurate snapshot of who the device is assigned to, and it improves the employee login experience dramatically.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of scoping of devices based on user attributes, that is however, a very low priority feature, and we can work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gained accurate visibility into our fixed assets, which means we know who owns which device, the device health, and finally we can define and enforce a consistent configuration plan to ensure security.
Very satisfied for Mac management

Simple interface. Easy deployment. Light resource load.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see management of a broader range of devices such as iPhones and iPads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji has made it easy to decouple our Mac fleet from Active Directory. We spend far less time per machine for basic maintenance and resolving user issues than we did before.

Good but UI needs some TLC
What do you like best about the product?
Support, The only reason I chose kandji over JAMF is the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
blueprints are nice but I really need group based assignments and not have to worry about new blueprints to manage. Also searching and navigating through the product is much harder than it should be. I miss Azure search bars and ease of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
just needed a mdm
