Has edged past Jamf for our use case
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity! You do not need a week-long configuration session and then another 3 days for configuring Single Sign-On as you do with other players in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything in particular, though reporting availability could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is becoming king of MDM for mid-sized businesses in my opinion. We are solving Apple device management, SSO integration down to the endpoint as well as zero-touch deployment.

Surprisingly awesome, coming from a previous Jamf admin.
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is very simple and easy to use. There are many controls, and being able to customize our end user's out of box experience is just what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the confusion surrounding blueprints/library. After a while it makes sense, but I feel this is just a tad too complex, and could be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is solving the problem that is Mac and iOS management. Our environment is primarily Mac, and Kandji allows us to manage our environment effectively and securely.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company spent a long time looking at alternative services before we found that Kandji fulfills our needs best, and we have been fully justified in our choice. Kandji created a beautiful and user-friendly interface, as well as a robust collection of support materials that cater to most situations. When hands-on help is required, they provide truly stellar support, to the point that we feel part of a community.
We really value their proactive approach to customer service—on several occasions we received check-ins on how they could help us better. On the whole, we have an excellent relationship with the company, we feel there’s a genuinely positive atmosphere.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've been happy with the service Kandji have provided us, and will continue to use their service in the foreseeable future. Changing from one service from another, especially when it comes to complex systems, has its unique challenges, but since we set up our cooperation with Kandji we've been satisfied with their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ever since we’ve started using Kandji’s service, the number of backoffice tickets dropped noticeably, because our employees are able to install necessary software straight from the service.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like least is this survey. I get it why you're doing it but, damn. What I like best is the initial help from developers to help us get connected to all of our existing systems. The things we like less is the inability to pick up the phone and have a conversation with a technician. Chat is efficient at times but, not always depending on the issue and it's technicalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative here, you all are doing very well. Thank you, very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Added items into the auto apps, blueprints, and libraries. Please keep it up. We need more of them all.

This survey sucked to fill out. I get why you ask all these questions but, you should comsolidate.
Finally a not so heavy handed solution for controlling our company assets
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has an incredibly user-friendly interface that I absolutely love. It makes pushing updates seamless and allowed my org to regain control of all of its unenrolled devices quickly. Their support team is top-notch and always has a script ready on hand that I can easily roll out to fix little bugs. It was quick to set up and implementation was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Kandji would allow for an easier solution to be able to provide remote support in the web app. Otherwise 10/10 would recommend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji allowed us to get all of our devices onto an MDM FAST and without much headach. We needed to control dozens of devices that were previously uncontrolled, and Kandji made the manual enrollment process easy.
Kandji is a great MDM product
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to deploy applications and security settings. It has also been very useful to be able to remotely erase a computer after an employee leaves the organization and reconfigure it for a new employee with standard applications used throughout the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to create a custom application with special scripts to deploy to make the custom application work correctly. Also currently there is not an option to collect local usage logs on applications. This would be helpful to see if a newly purchased application is being used by employees or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that is beneficial to our organization is being able to sync local passwords on a Mac to cloud passwords such as Okta, Office 365, etc. With the release of Kandji Password, it addresses and resolves the issue.

Recommended for devices deployment in different offices throughout different states and countries and for remote employees.

What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned to Kandji from another MDM solution and we definitely made the right decision. Kandji integrates well with our directory and several of our systems and has allowed us to streamline our onboarding and offboarding process. Of all the great things that Kandji offers, their support chat and the team behind it were a huge selling point when we switched to Kandji.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kandji's device viewing dashboard is functional but it would be great if we were able to search for devices by more than just the device name and if there were better visualization tools to quickly view the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to better streamline our device deployment process to get our workstations out to end users quicker and more efficiently. Kandji has also been great to better our patch management process.
Was a fan but don't like having my contract renegotiated.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to deploy dozens of systems and reconfigure and update them in our distributed business very easily and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bad time with the team renegotiating our agreement each year. It was a frustrating process that ultimately took me from being a happy customer to being an unhappy customer. It's a case of trying to push prices up year on year, and I just want a system like this to be stable simple and costs fixed. I also think their end point security features should be included as standard rather than extra costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing hundreds of macOS and iOS devices and having uniform installs for different departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Kandji's support team! I often use the chat to ask about how to set up my blueprints or troubleshoot a problem I might have. Additionally, it's great that their support team has a great understanding of Apple products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was user-facing documentation. There is plenty of documentation for admins, but I struggle to explain Kandji to my co-workers. I created my own documentation that I update regularly and I share the "So I Do That Video," but it would be great if Kandji had some I could share. Documentation on how Kandji works, the different types of notifications, and how to use self-service would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote workspace, so being able to log into Kandji and check the status of our Macs is great. Instead of asking employees questions about their device, I can go into the portal and find what I need. This leads to faster problem-solving!

We can manage all enterprise-level equipment and have established blueprints and processes for all of our IT assets going forward.
