What do you like best about the product?
The ease of configuration and deployment
What do you dislike about the product?
The self service app doesn't load always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work force is entirely remote. This solves the obvious need to manage devices around the world from a single platform and fits well with my IT budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji eliminated laptop build and management as a laborious and manual problem and turned it into a hassle-free repeatable process we have confidence in. We were using Fleetsmith before and they were a massive improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst Kandji provides for multiple blueprints for differing configurations, each needs to be maintained separately, rather than combined or inherited; this adds just a small friction, but needs to be managed through processes and reconcilation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji enables us to manage the security and productivity hassles of managing a 60+ fleet of MacBooks across multiple regions and teams. It has eliminated the need for manual builds, rebuilds and remediations

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Kandji are the auto apps and the ability to set a constant audit and enforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a way to apply small fixes to a filtered subset of systems. This forces me to duplicate blueprints and have a library full of different blueprints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is solving the problem of making all administration of the endpoint transparent to the end user.

Excellent Mac MDM

What do you like best about the product?
Security policies and the patch management. Software management and the ability to push out ABM software we have purchased as well. The predone blueprints are great building blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO/Azure tie in doesn't work as well as we would like. We still ended up going with Jumpcloud for user authentication tie in to active directory for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing security requirements from certifications as well as patch management and software updates. This has allowed us to insure products are up to date on compliance.

Okta Passport works like a charm

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji helps us manage Mac OS devices in our company. I like its simplicity. It's really easy to use MDM software for business users. We've selected it mostly because of the Okta Passport feature, which let us use the Okta login credentials for local login on laptops. I need to put a thumbs up for the communication with their support and representative. They are super reactive and come back with answers that help. Enrolled devices can be seamlessly configured to meet company standards and policies with a couple of clicks. You are also offered default security policies with different levels of restrictions that you can use for the initial setup. Overall I have been extremely happy with Kandji and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium really solid management solution for Macs and iOS. Our local IT admins understood the setup of the Kandji libraries and setup from the beginning. There was only a few questions raised and they were ready to work with Kandji on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss a bit active groups option that we are used to from other MDMs. It would help us to get more granularity to the setup that could be handled based on device preferences. That I was told is on the way to be delivered soon. Configuration of the blueprints can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is distributinig default device security policies for all company Mac OS laptops so employees do not have to think about it.

What do you like best about the product?
App store is the most Likly part fro me where i can easily upload the application for the users and employees and they can instll into there system without heading up with Apple id.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enrollment Timing because while enrollment into the device ,it take so long but some on the time it takes only less then 20 mintues according to the applicatons .

Time consuming

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can erase a previous employee's laptop data through the kandji portal without needing to go to the Apple Genius Bar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes as the main thing I needed to use was a platform that can help update and edit a laptop if / when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to go to the apple store all the time when someone is having laptop issues, this is now not an issue anymore and is helping me save time.

What do you like best about the product?
The prompt support and giving the best solution for the admin make the work easier and more appropriate. Also in the time of any kind of trouble we got the best solution.

some features are still need to be updated, I guess it takes a while to update, so no complaints about it

Kandji Engineers solve any kind of issues I as a admin face. When ever I asked for help they were available with a solution or else they somehow find the solution.

Managing Apple devices using Kandji is simple and does not take a lot of time. Kandji has saved me a lot of time.
