Kandji simplifies Apple management... Great Apple MDM!
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji was easy to setup and easy to deploy. They have many preloaded library items, making it very easy to build and manage blueprints for even novice Apple administrators. Deployment and management is very straight forward and their tech support articles are well written and maintained current. The built in text based chat support option is a great bonus for those quick questions you may have. I highly recommend this product for anyone in the market for an Apple MDM.

A User-Friendly MDM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
As a tech professional whose tasked with managing hundreds of Mac devices, Kandji has quickly become my go-to tool on a daily basis. I find the platform to be both user-friendly and granular in a way that delivers simplicity and usefulness in what can usually be a complex world of device management.
One feature of Kandji's that I feel stands out is its use of blueprints. Blueprints streamline processes such as onboarding new devices, implementing updates, pushing new applications, and more. Having such an efficient tool ultimately saves me time and enables me to dive into other projects, as needed.
Overall, the UI is very intuitive and I appreciate its clear and concise structure.

Kandji is solving the following.

Kandji Review
What do you like best about the product?
We have been with Kandji almost since their inception. They have gone above and beyond in terms of support and features. They make my life as an IT Manager simple and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend them to any organization using Apple hardware
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing absolutely nothing they are marvelous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have made managing my Mac environment seamless.
Excellent service as demo'd and rolled out to our company's users.
What do you like best about the product?
It ease of use and modern UI. Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) and integration with Apple Business Manager is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe lacks some more in depth features of some other softwares but those will follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us automate our onboarding process for new hire hardware and helped us secure these devices with additional security features with a high level of ease of use.
Yet another sub par attempt at macos management
What do you like best about the product?
Admins seem to like it despite constant struggles from their users. If I'm forced to like something about, the menu bar icon warning me of impending doom is better than nothing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep in mind I am not an admin of Kandji and can only speak to how it is administered at my workplace. Many of my gripes may be admin issues, but I don't have the capability to know if and which they are.
Kandji as a software is heavy and ineffective from my perspective as a user. App updates are out of sync with actual app releases which can result in version collisions. Kandji enforces os updates, which it invariably fails to install itself, resulting in a never ending cycle of failed update restarts until you simply just install the update yourself via system preferences.
Enforced restarts are given nearly a week of notification, without actually being able to dismiss the pop up notification until completed, commanding your window focus and interfering with your work until you get fed up and restart your machine well ahead of schedule. I've found this is the better response as opposed to working around the notification until the actual restart is required, as it seems there are many commonly used apps that prevents Kandji from successfully shutting down while taking control of user input devices requiring a hard restart (the hold your finger on the button for 15 or so seconds kind).
Restarts are also much much slower than they would be otherwise - comparing like for like machines, the one having Kandji installed on it requires 3-5 minutes to perform a simple restart the non-burdened machine accomplishes in under a minute.

Any corporate hardware is going to require some device management and we ended up with this.
