What do you like best about the product?
Great MDM solution for Apple Devices, Fast and helpful Customer support, UI is fantastic. Ease of integration with ABM. Great App Store and app update manager. Built in Anti-virus and malware detection is great. All in all fantasic software which meets all our needs for our Company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there are more reporting tools and indepth in threat detection section. Lack of features in iPhone and Apple TV customisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and fast managment for all our Apple Devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a small IT Team, Kandji has allowed us to effectively manage our fleet of Apple devices without constant manual, administrative work. For the most part, it's a set and forget tool that just works.

The onboarding process was simple and smooth. Support from Kandji is always top notch, and they are super quick at answering any questions we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind that we dislike about Kandji. The only thing worth mentioning is that Kandji provides quite an 'out of the box' set of features, when compared with some other products which are more tailored. For us, it was more valuable to have an out of the box, simple solution, however I appreciate some organisations would rather have the flexibility that is offered by other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Apple devices - pushing updates, enforcing patches, enforcing company policies.

It has a freindly well designed UI with many good features to control and monitor your Apple devices across your organization.

Some limitations settings are not fine grinded enough.

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is an outstanding platform for teams that need powerful Apple device management without the complexity that comes with Jamf. It’s designed with ease of use in mind, making it the perfect solution for IT teams that don’t have the resources to handle Jamf’s more intricate setup and administration.

What really sets Kandji apart is its intuitive, user-friendly interface. The UI is clean, modern, and thoughtfully organized, which significantly reduces the learning curve for new users. Setting up devices, enforcing security policies, and managing deployments feels seamless compared to the layered configurations often required in Jamf.

Customer support has also been an outstanding feature. Other MDM's tend to push you to a very sizeable knoweldgebase while Kandji really does alot of the heavy lifting for you.That paired with some of the best onboarding/implementation team really helped stabilize our migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Kandji offers a sleek, user-friendly interface that simplifies Apple device management, it falls short when it comes to granular control and advanced configuration options—especially when compared to Jamf.

For IT teams that require deep customization, detailed scripting capabilities, and extensive policy management, Kandji can feel limiting. The platform’s focus on simplicity means that many advanced features are either not available or lack the flexibility that power users expect. Tasks that are easily configurable in Jamf, such as complex Smart Group logic, detailed device-level settings, or granular security policy tweaks, often require workarounds in Kandji.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unification of Mac administration. I dont have a large team and this platform helps me maintain eyes on all devices.

What do you like best about the product?
When looking for an MDM solution for our Apple based company, Kandji was the market leader and you can see why. Easy to integrate into existing workflows through easy device enrolling. Blueprints for different departments it's a great way of managing a vast inventory of machines.
Implimentation was fully supported by the Kandji team who are friendly and easily contactable for any questions and support through their live chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
A helpful addition would be additional logging and reporting functions on how users are managing features on their worksatations. Overall though, not much to dislike!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple Mac Devices in the company was a challenge but Kandji makes things much easier and gives a good clear inventory.

Game Changer for Remote Management

What do you like best about the product?
Since implemented Kandji we have been able to efficiently manage team systems, roll out updates and track workflows. Kandji has been real game changer for managing team systems! The admin interface is easy to use and helpful when running updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there isn't much at all to not like about Kandji

Simple yet elegant solution - Easy Implementation - Perfect Support

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the reason we decided to go with Kandji.
We had a tight deadlines and a team of people which would be very much affected if the integration period would be heavy.
Integration was fairly easy for us as we managed to onboard 500 laptops in less 6 months starting completly from scratch where even our Apple Business Manager was intrdocuded by the same time we introduced Kandji to our systems.
The cusomter support team and chat-bot feature is extreamly good because even when 1st level tech is having some issue they are getting great support with relevant knowledge base and timely reactions.
Also kudos to the implementation team as basically soon after we ended our trial run we were like 80% ready to deploy which is a great deal of help from the day zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how complex your enviornment is this is where you can reach a certain level or issues.
This is where you can find some limitation where the easy to implement Kandji system can be lacking with options or features.
However if you do a good deal of demoing and making sure you are aware of the rightsizing the tools for your company in the end you can still deal with shortcomings.
One thing to mention is that even if you find any shortcomings the Customer Support team is there to create a feature request out of your question and even respond with future update where your question becomes a future solution. Also they most usually help you find a workouround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure globally deployed hardware is setup to our standards no matter what (ABM).
Making sure our software and MacOS is patched timely.
Making sure we have control over any potential features a company would like to disable in the user experiance (Apple Inteligence)
Making sure each employee gets a set of tools they need for their work.
Logging in to their account with Google Workspace integration.

Kandji - Say goodbye to your Apple headaches!

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has completely changed the way we manage our Apple state, mainly MacBooks. The enrollment has been easy to configure thanks to their extensive and well explained guides which will definitely help you, from the links to your O365 tenant to an entire zero-touch deployment including apps, configs, policies, security settings...

The entire process has been great and a big thank you to the team for their help on the onboarding and implementation.

Kandji is everything we needed, its friendly interface and powerful tools makes it a great system to manage your Apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we have encountered so far but as I have seen on others reviews, it will probaly be easier for an admin if they already have got some knowledge and experience on MDM platforms, integrations and mobile devices configurations to have a smoother transition.

If you already have this, it should be easy enough to go through it and if not, they still have got really good documentation on every step of the way to help you
