Kandji - A seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Kandji can seamlessly integrate with our already existings systems and our end users are not bogged down with any extras that need to be taken into consideration. We set it on our end and that's it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more flexibility in user/device grouping for blueprints, but all in all Kandji does not have much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of establishing a good MDM for our laptops from box open to first day and forward.
Maria rules

Kandji support is great and everyone is helpful and responsive. I wrote to Maria for help adding additional product licenses and she was able to get things quoted and added within the day.

Sometimes I think the online solutions to questions could provide a bit more detail.

Kandji helps to keep track of everyones computer security and onboarding new people.
Kandji is so far the best MDM solution for our company.

Amazing MDM support for apple devices.

Kandji has been helping for being more secure as it is providing SSO authentication during logins, it has been easy to configure step by step setups. The UI/UX has been very simpler.

Great product and Phenomenal support
What do you like best about the product?
The migration process from our old MDM was smooth and very nice to not have any surprises issues. When ever I have or had an issue the support team is available for me to get the support I need. I have never spent more than 20 min to get an issue resolved. When I need to push a patch out its flawless works great with no issues. I like the option of SSO when getting into the program since I am in it every day all day long.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have had 0 issues or downfalls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a different MDM and when we would have a issue it would take 24-48 hours to hear back and we would have to set up a call from there what was always 24 hours after that. Kandji support is amazing 0 wait time to get issues resolved.
Easy to use Mac-First MDM solution for non-Mac engineers
What do you like best about the product?
As a primarily Microsoft focused professional working for an organization that heavily uses Microsoft services and products, Kandji has been an invaluable tool to me to ease my concern about the security and compliance of our endpoint Mac devices. Kandji made it super easy to migrate our devices off of Intune and create policies that closely align to NIST and CIS frameworks - making it so engineers not very familiar with Mac architecture can build robust policies that keep our devices safe.
Kandji support is also fantastic, and whenever I need help I can get on a chat with a Kandji engineer in as little as 5 minutes. In my experience, they will also assist with Mac related questions even when Kandji does not have a solution for the particular problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside in my view is that it is difficult to manage devices in two places. This isn't necessarily a Kandji problem, but from an overhead perspective having two places to maintain inventory and reporting isn't ideal. However, Kandji's benefits far outweigh the negative aspects of using multiple MDM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji helps our business keep our Macs secure with the added benefit of providing a single sign on (adjacent) experience that uses our Microsoft tenant to sync the user accounts of our employees. This was a gap when we used Intune, and it was a headache when our users forgot their Mac passwords.
Kandji has greatly improved our Mac imaging process - going from using a Time Machine backup image to Kandji ADE + Liftoff has decreased our per-device imaging time by almost 2 hours.
The system has also made it far easier to assign applications to our Macs by providing a robust catalog of apps that are supported and updated in addition to the Kandji self service portal.
Kandji is addressing gaps that were previously present when applying device hardening policies to our Macs. The blueprint and assignment map systems make it far easier to apply these configurations and make changes when required. As a non-Mac focused engineer, having the ability to understand the changes being made greatly improves our ability to manage these devices.

Great tool for managing devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great connections with other tool and applications. Takes the hassle out of managing devices which can be a challenge in a fully remote global organisation. Policy administration is made easy with the built in templates. Enrolment of devices and users is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ensuring the devices are kept within policy. This has to happen anyway and at least Kandji alerts you when something goes wrong with a device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing fully remote devices with users spread around the globe. Providing a good end user experience for new users. Help keep all our devices compliant with policies. One of the geart features is it has replaced the need to have all the devices joined to Active Directory perfect for Apple devices
Loving it so far, compared to Jamf
What do you like best about the product?
Loving the assignment map feature. We were using the classic mapping and and transferring from one to another was a breeze.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation and administration simplicity
Apple device management done to perfection!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, as we are an MSP for multiple customers this is crucial. The automatic updated on third party apps works great. Implementation is fast and the tenant is up and running very easily.
If you ever need customer support it is top notch with Kandji, the people in the support are responsive and professionals in using Kandji.
Kandji is extremely easy to integrate to other systems as Microsoft Entra for example.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would hope they'd bring multi tenant support for MSPs and that their licensing model would change to more flexible model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes managing Apple fleets a breeze, integration with Apple Business Manager guarantees a true zero touch deployment of devices.
