What do you like best about the product?

I like these Features:
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Facilitates user authentication by enabling a single login for multiple applications.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Introduces an additional security layer by requiring users to present multiple verification methods.
- Adaptive Authentication: Adjusts authentication criteria in real-time based on risk factors like user behavior and device context.
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA): Offers tools for overseeing user identities, roles, and access rights.
- Risk-Based Authentication: Utilizes advanced analytics to evaluate risk and customize authentication policies accordingly.

I have usesd it for at least 3 months till now , the usage is really or the user interface is really ease to use. The implemntaion of the policy is also very ease.

Customer support is good.

What do you dislike about the product?

Despite its strengths, IBM Verify has some areas that could benefit from improvement:

- Complexity: Certain advanced features may be challenging to configure and manage, particularly for organizations with limited IT resources.
- Cost: The pricing of IBM Verify can be considerable, especially for large-scale implementations.

Customer supprot can be improved littile bit more the rate of response.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
