GTM Buddy has been solutions oriented for Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy has been an asset to our GTM Organization. From demo to hands on implementation to consult, my experience with GTMB has been wonderful so far. It's so easy to use that I've had Sales ICs and Leadership tell me they've been able to use it with little to no instruction. I personally love the AI that's been built in; the Ask Buddy feature has made it so simple to collect information and spit it back out to the end user in a clear, consice manner with source files for validation. I also really like the CSM team. They've been extremely helpful and proactive in getting our org set up and are always adding value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the LMS was a bit more robust, but I've been told it's coming soon - which I am excited for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, it is the ease of searchability for content across our entire GTM org. As we mature, it will be more around reporting on what content resonates best internally and externally, which content should be retired etc.
