What do you like best about the product?
I do like how you can filter data pretty easily. Building filters to get to data quickly is important in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better syncing of close dates at the opportunity level to the line level. I have to update it in two spots vs one.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar CRM is one of the most effective and efficient CRM platforms for all businesses. It provides accurate automation services for managing business outcomes. Automation helps in business acceleration and provides long-term high definition customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this CRM platform is up to the mark, we recommend having a better overall user interface experience in terms of usability. Sometimes syncing takes extra time to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar CRM is solving problems related to business with accurate automation tools. It also helps in driving overall growth revenue. This platform has in-built powerful tools like automation which help achieve positive feedback from customers.

What do you like best about the product?
With this tool, you can know each of our clients' characteristics; when you understand this, you can work marketing campaigns for different audiences from your database; the integration that it has through its API is essential to have a 360 environment in your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing some parts of the platform requires advanced knowledge or help from a third-party agency to resolve cases. This generates an additional cost. If you have a low budget, another tool may be cheaper to maintain over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its integration with our sales services and the email marketing platform is a crucial point that saves us time. On the other hand, it is constantly updated because it is an open-source CRM
Good user interface and clear presentation of all clients
What do you like best about the product?
Having a consistent structure to each client and being able to add what you see is necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to load sometimes and can be hard to find specifically what you are looking for.

Problems of having multiple client records in separate places. CRM allows all to be centralised.

Clean User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
its more user-friendly, easy to navigate. pull reports and do quick searches. I also am admin so adding and removing is quick and easy as well. Very much a needed program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I find that it is much better than the old versions

it keeps all of our clients in a database that is secure and backed up
All your business info at hand
What do you like best about the product?
This is a nifty system designed such that you are able to see all your sales or marketing related activities, share them with the team, track progress in client engagement and be able to extract reports periodically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports typically take long to load. Also, I have found the wheels spinning for extended periods of time when I try to search for an account or person. I wish it was easier to get to the information I need with fewer clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is basically managing customer interactions and engagements, and helps to monitor progress made with leads. It is beneficial for documentation of all the salient data with reference to selling and marketing activities. I am very interested in its reporting capabilities.
The updates can be killer

It's pretty intuitive and easy to train people

Updates come out that break the current flow we have set up

We use it for a lot from lead capture to case managerment so it benefits all of that.
Great CRM software with a lot of ability to customize, UI could use a touch up

Allows customization and adding modules for outside applications, dashboards and reports allow us to see what is going on and see trends with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more customizable or better designed. In addition additional keyboard shortcuts being able to be programmed would be invaluable.

This organizes our outbound sales, and allows us to better serve and contact those customers.
Colossal Functionality With Decreased Market Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar is incredibly customizable. Essentially, the world is your oyster, so if you have the focus and commitment to build from scratch, this will let you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar is not as well-known of a CRM as other options, so things like integrations become more burdensome when additional services that need to be integrated are limited to those who know Sugar and have worked with them before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is providing an area for us to capture both a database of our current clients as well as structure our lead management and sales funnel. This allows for both side of our sales organization to operate in the same system and have visibility.
