What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is amazing. People are very understand and patient

Wait time was a little bit off and long but I enjoyed being able to have a good experience

Would never switch from Sugar!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that sugar is very organzied and how multiple actions I can do in it. It works for multiple departments too; accounting, sales, finance, customer cases, client services, office manager, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it acts strange trying to save something on a page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that with sugar I can keep notes on my clients, and a huge benefit to that is if one of my colleagues in another part of the office can access the same client page as me, and we can both share notes on the client. Also a huge benefit is that it keeps track of phone calls and the time on the phone. Last, a big benefit is that it is linked to my Microsoft Outlook email so I can use outlook for my emails, and view them all in sugar on the clients page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DO IT! Sugar is very easy to use and comes with so many feautures,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has impacted work in such a great way it has made it soo much easier to get stuff done
SugarCRM has been game changing for our business
What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is simple to use from a user perspective and an administrative perspective. As the administrator, it's very easy to configure to our business processes. As our processes change, it's easy to make changes in SugarCRM. The price of licences is fair. The mobile app is excellent. It's easy to set roles and permissions. The reports are easy to use (once you learn it). Dashboards are effective and easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM could do a better job of integrating with 3rd party apps. We use several sales automation tools but they do not talk to SugarCRM. There is an app exchange but the most common apps dont seem to be represented.
I mentioned dashboards as a positive but i do think that dashboard management and administration could be better,
Its not very easy to set quotas and measure converted sales against the quota.
The email module could be better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
SugarCRM is solid. If you are using 3rd party applications and other sales tools, be sure to check the level of integration before purchasing SugarCRM
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM provides a great user interface. Easy to manage customers data. Support experience is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few functionalities are not working properly which are required. These should be removed in the upgrades but still no success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From sales prospective it is great to have such CRM where we can manage whole data, even if look back after years.
Overall this is my first CRM experience and i have enjoyed it

I think the best experience is that you can edit a majority of the items and customize it to your liking.

1. it needs to be faster when you edit something
2. instead of clicking on the drop down to edit something you should be able to just click in the box
3. you should be able to sort your task by date on the mobile version
4. Android version needs cleaned up to the point where it look more professional like the iphone
5. everything should be in CAPS
6. needs to be faster when you save something
7. outlook sync and Sugar need to work flawlessly, they dont it is hit and miss
8. we created a tab for entering equipment and listing price and that needs to be fast. we typically only have 2-3 pieces of equipment but i can imagine if someone has 20 items

organization problems has always been a must for me, this is def helped.
we are able to now predict the sales side which we were never able to do
before sugar we never had a sales funnel and now we are able to see our quote log and what we are predicitng per month

The more you use this and the more you force yourself to turn away from what you previously use and use this you will love this

Easy to adapt to our needs (feilds, layout), Sugar support team answer quickly, lots of documentation available

Some functionalities would help in the Leads module, but Sugar team added this in the cases

Better documentation of the relation with our customers

What do you like best about the product?
It has a nice layout and I like the customer service line for Enterprise users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been several times there are system errors or the system is down for a few minutes. The only explanation from Sugar CS is that there is something wrong with the server. The system is not nearly as user-friendly as Salesforce. It's harder to make changes and there are not as many vendors for doing customization. The vendors that we have worked with have not been nearly as helpful as our Salesforce vendors. However, Sugar is much cheaper so it is a tradeoff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CRM is great for organizing and tracking sales, exporting information for printing labels for thank you notes and managing bids won with educational entities.
