What do you like best about the product?
Good CRM tool. It helps my organization to streamline sales, marketing, and customer support. A marketing system is quite good it helps to organize different campaigns through the advertising methods. It is easy to use, the user-friendly, flexible, support system is also good. It has its mobile version also which makes it the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not cost-effective, You need to feed the inputs very fast to save. Caps lock can only be used. The user interface also needs to be improved. Sometimes bugs are also observed that are not solved easily till you update the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is suitable for both large and small scale industries. It fulfills the needs of customer management, marketing, advertising, customer support. It covers all the platforms related to sales in general and global business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please use it. Good CRM tool. It is fairly a complete tool with all the necessities. It helps my company in every aspect of sales and marketing in simple terms reduces labor.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is an efficient business management tool. It is a powerful tool for management and customer service. It helps to get informative reports and it is suitable for small and large organization firm. The best part is this tool can be accessed through the mobile platform and SugarCRM is a cost effective tool for small and large size organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature not possible to integrate with the social platform and a little bit complicated in customization section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM solved issues like transparency in database reports. It's good for track report status, accounts and sales. Overall it helped us to work as seamless and grow our organization too.

This software has the superb features such as dashboard and the reporting features. There features are very accurate and so easy to understand. The great advantage that this software provides us is that SugarCRM makes marketing so much easier for us and we don’t need a huge marketing team because we have the best software as SugarCRM. We used this software for the emails tracking and it really help us in business management. Hence for me SugarCRM software is the great business development software.

The SugarCRM is very expensive software and the users should pay annually. We are also able to schedule our post, but sometimes it failed to post many days. The one biggest problem is that software, it is expensive so most of the people use another software because it's all the features are very outstanding, and we can't understand these features. It provides the bad internet connection and we can't give the more details of the costumer account. But I only use this software because it helps me for everything and solve my all the problems.

It provides the best security of our system and it also gives the best sales price of our customers. This software is mostly use for business because it is very easy to use.

This is the best marketing software for business but sometimes it cannot provide the best market price of our customers. The one biggest problem is that software, it’s a very bad connection provider, the bad service cannot provide the best market rates for our customers. This is an expensive software and most of the people can't afford this software. It is very bad consumerization software and it can't provide the more information about this software. But this is very useful for us and easy.

For a platform oriented towards small businesses, the version of SugarCRM is really powerful and helps us with a large amount of data and communications. The design and the various pages of the user portal are elegant and easy to navigate. We can store all the data we need about our customers and track sales channels, calls, and other communications. The email marketing function is one of the most effective sales tools we have. There are great templates that allow us to get the email design and send them to clients and customers in a very short time. The templates are usually very well designed and allow modifications to help us adapt them to our specific requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen the list of features of many CRM platforms and I have discovered that there are usually certain things that some platforms have and others do not. I have read about some email marketing features that are more customizable and automated in other CRM platforms that I would like to see in SugarCRM. I still like the email capabilities of SugarCRM, but it is probably not as comprehensive and intelligent as other CRM platforms that seem to be more oriented towards email campaigns.

The metrics and other feedback information in our SugarCRM account really give us the edge when it comes to analyzing our sales and overall marketing efforts. We have access to solid numerical data, along with more textual feedback from customers, which gives us a meaningful picture of our current status with a roadmap for real actions. We see a good amount of increased efficiency when it comes to using the SugarCRM platform compared to not using it. It is a platform that is not extremely confusing to use and can be implemented for almost all types of campaigns and products we launch.

The one most obvious difficulty that we faced is that there is no great documentation of the SugarCRM. Another disadvantage of this software that it is so hard to make an update and change the exciting functionality. It is not very easy to use for the beginners. But still its features are outstanding such as the contacts management and scheduling is great for sales and customer service to communicate with our friends, colleagues and customers.

I can easily track all the opportunities and have an efficient management of the sales process. I can easily manage the schedule tasks and pull reports in a more efficient way.
