Sometimes difficult to remember where things are located within a field.

We are using it to build pipeline, track leads, build reports, house all information on the client.

The ability to keep everything in one dashboard.

Needs more panels for drill down searches.

Clean interface allows for easy customer tracking.
Sugar Sell has been extremely easy to us and the customer service is on top of it.
What do you like best about the product?
It has worked well and really empowered our sales process. For the first time, we are able to easily see where a pursuit is in the sales process. Overall, it has increased our team selling and made communication more efficient across the selling team. Our company is able to adjust the system software to fit our specific needs with ease simply by reaching out to the support team. SugarCRM is very flexible and efficient at handling this process due to the workflow integration where approvals and notifications can be set.
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM graphical outputs for reports need to have more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to pull reports for accounts and contacts assigned to specific business development members. This is very helpful when performing account audits and building email campaigns. I also like the fact we can host the application in-house giving us absolution control over the data and integrations with our other applications.

I recommend SugarCRM to everyone who wants to take his/her business to the next level, and actually see what is happening in the organization, and why.

Sugar Professional organizes sales, marketing, and support information in a single application that keeps CRM simple. It’s easy to use and easy to modify. We can easily Connect with Sugar from any smartphone or tablet and Give management real-time access to remote sales data.

Sugar CRM is the best tracker for our business but sometime it cannot work because the bad and slow internet connection services. The bad thing in this software that is it is very expensive software and most of the companies cannot afford this software. It has a lot of great features that we cannot easily use its all features because sometime it cannot provide the best database application software. This software cannot user friendly because it takes too much time for everything.

This is the fantastic software because it is very helpful for our business and it is also provide the best tracker for our business. This software also great for marketing because it provide the best services of our customers. I personally like this software and my all observation is extremely positive. I am very happy because of this efficient software because it very reliable and also easy to use.
Great For Sales and open source CRM for any business
What do you like best about the product?
It is the commercial open source product. This is extremely configurable with very good customization. The free version is enough for most of the work cases. The product is featured one and much less expensive. We can host the application over the data and integrations with our other applications. It also have the capability of large online community. Customer service is fast, professional and courteous.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using own servers, its performance was too slow. it was challenging to track many calls per day. Some of the more marketing automation things was not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, it was very reliable and best to explore the bulk data to excel and do whatever I want with the data. Open source and easy learning tool for beginners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software itself was very great place to hold my data in an office.It is free edition also very suitable for middle scale business & beginners. So i recommend to get and start code using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The adaptability of sugar has revolutionized how we run our operation. The custom reporting has allowed us to analyze data in new ways never before possible. The ability to custom build modules to manage non-traditional CRM functions like our maintenance crew have allowed us to elongate other third party ticketing systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email and marketing automation does not fully fit our requirement. We have a short sales cycle so we need a fast nurture program that allows us to close leads within 48 hours. We have found work around a bit it needs additional functionality to best suite our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a very manual process of understanding where our leads came from and how our employees were converting. We had bad data, low accuracy and often redundant information. Sugar has resolved all of these issues with automatic lead building through lead source and method of contact.
