Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use on laptop and mobile application
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn’t offer all the same features as full version but it’s close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar keeps me wicked organized. I like the reminders as well as all the sections to keep everyone looped in.

Efficient sales software but clunky.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to track calls and accounts, and it directly syncs with my other CRM software my company uses. It makes it easier for customer service to stay in touch with my accounts, and less redundant questions being asked. On top of that, I have found that it's useful to have all my information readily available for audits with companies that I deal with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated and clunky software at times. In addition, not everything syncs over greatly and their helplines are not great either. A lot of questions that we ask aren't getting answered. In addition, our company pays a decent amount for this software, you'd hope that there was more possibilities for integration within our company and this CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep an accurate account of emails, calls, accounts, prospects, and clients without personally having to log my work. It saves time throughout the day drastically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good entry level CRM for a small company, the issues comes when you're dealing with many accounts and multiple CRM softwares at once at it's not connecting well.

What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy with the tools and the ability to customize to our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot see the emails that Sugar sends out. Standard notifications cannot be standarized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to issue excel quotes, and generating reports was a pain. Now we have visibility into our pipeline. We can run reports in a matter of seconds, creating transparency and making the sales team more accountable. Management has dashboards to track KPI's and as a snapshot into our pipeline and sales activities

Make sure you document what you need before starting. An accurte set up at the beginning with ensure the success of the software

Sugar allows us to monitor all of our leads and affords us the customization to personalize our system to fit our needs in a relatively easy manner.

There is a bit of a learning curve on database structuring however once it is understood it easily is applied across the whole system

We no longer have leads falling through the cracks and there is just a lot more transparency across the board.
Open-source CRM for sales.
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell is used by our team as main engine to support sales. it helps a lot in lead generation, their management, analysis etc. Sugar Sell is very flexible and efficient to use. Sugar Sell is used by our marketing and sales team to track prospects and customers. It's a good cost effective solution. We started implementing Sugar Sell a couple of years ago and it helps a lot to grow with our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did find anything which I need to share as a negative points. All over it's easy and effective to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is extremely customizable. Unlike other CRMs, Sugar allows you to create, edit, and modify virtually any feature to make it work with your workflow. Creating reports in Sugar Sell is extremely easy. I might recommend Sugar to a small company that is working with a tight budget. My startup used Sugar for a few years and we find a lot of progress through it.

Sugar CRM is a complete package that fulfil the CRM needs for most of the organisation. It is a cost-effective solution and very flexible to use. It has a compatible app for iOS/android app as well. It helps us to manage marketing automation and our quotes. I am used to Sugar CRM solution it can easily manage my customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall this solution is great for CRM needs and it is a cost effective solution too but there might be some improvement we required in the documentation part that would be helpful.

I find Sugar CRM very easy to drill into the information we required. It is so convenient for us and easy to add custom data fields whenever and wherever we required them. Overall It is the best solution for manage my customers.
Good ,Efficient , Functional tool For Sales
What do you like best about the product?
this is an excellent tool for sales and marketing department of an organization. I kept track of all client's records, monitoring from profit and essentially everything related to my work. It is very simple and easy to implement. If there is no complication or special things in the requirements, this product is almost ready to use out of the box. It keeps track records of all the sales-related activities and also analyzes the data. We primarily looked for a system that can handle our contacts and Leads and sugar CRM comes to the rescue for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its mass email and tracking capabilities are not as advanced as many competitors. Some features are not as easy to find as you would like. Color and font changes could be used more often to draw your attention to the key pieces of info or buttons. Its interface is also very complex. For a newbie, it would be difficult to use the same if he not well trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user i am trying to improve the sales and marketing module of the human organization by using the same. Creating leads, business inquiries, creating purchase and sales orders, invoices tracking MIS data of the quarters are the important aspects that are being used in the same. Integration of sales team, tracking performances, evaluating forecasts is also additional features that are being used.

It is a very elegant tool and very useful for sales and marketing purpose. Very helpful in creating leads and analyzing the data. Results output are fast.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good CRM tool in market nowadays . I have been using the same for less then 1 year . It has helped us to improve our sales processes in the organization.It has made communication between sales, marketing teams very easy . Business relationships have been improved using the same.It makes the sales cycle easier and shorter.It helps us to analyze data in multiple divisions such as finance , sales , marketing , development. It is multi-functional tool. Tracking of sales process has been made easy through the same.There are number of options in template emails designs which helps in building our buisness and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i have found very difficult in using CRM that is for a newbie this tool is very difficult to use . I recommend its management to provide easy training modules to understand the tool .It takes lot of time to understand all the features of it. And interface of the same is also very complex to understand. Its tracking for customers is very limited also .Whatever you are writing must be in caps .

We are using the software to improve our sales and marketing model of the organization.For managing customer databases , sharing emails , tracking sales and marketing activities , creating SO and PO , analyzing finance data are some of the features that are being utilized in the same.Email contacting in a automated way to share important info is also being used.

I think sugar CRM is a good platform for small and large scale organizations.You can improve your sales and marketing module of the organization using the same. Compared to other CRM tools i found it more efficient and time saving to use.
