Simple and effective CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell is extremely flexible and efficient CRM that is capable of capturing useful data that is important to our organization. It helps us in tracking leads, managing customers and tracking interaction with our customers. It improves the interaction process with other internal departments in the organizations. Sugar Sell helps us in interacting and communicating with our customers in a professional way and improve relations with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar Sell consumes a lot of browser system memory and slows down our system and crashes browser very often. Another thing I dislike about Sugar Sell is that we cannot log in from multiple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is the most important tool in our organization that helps us in effectively manage customers and leads in order to improve the sales process. Sugar Sell has tremendous features and functionality such as marketing automation, customer journey, tracking lead that and that's what makes it unique and better than other CRM's.

Extremely flexible, easy to use and ability to customize the reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with SugarCRM for many clients and it is a cost-effective solution as compared to its competitors like Salesforce and it has essentially all of the features of salesforce and more at a lower price. This solution is extremely flexible, easy to use and ability to customize the reporting. It helps us to track all of our interactions with our clients and allow us to monitor the entire sales funnel. It is easily integrated with emails, so users get an email update whenever a status is changed. It is laid out in a very intuitive manner and can manage thousands of entries and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow us to easily merge duplicate entries and data will get lost while transfer and another improvement required in the reporting capabilty section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM is the right solution for our company that easily fall in line and very cost-effective solution with the ability to view the sales funnel and to see the value for our pipeline at a given time was amazing. Overall I really liked this CRM software.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is a good product for tracking data and plans and making joint groups for projects. You can assign specific things to people and everyone can see the various status of the project and who is doing what. It makes teamwork easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit clunky and you can get lost if you don't follow a project the right way or if you can't remember a name. Some assignments can be made to you but if you are not on the primary project list it's hard to manage when and where the status is of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you manage long term projects or multiple projects and the ability to add files and images as back up helps a lot more than other CRMs where you don't have that ability. You can also see a lot of information which helps with you getting stuff done
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good product. It takes a bit of time to become accustomed to it but you can get a lot done once you are familiar with how it works. The ability for multiple users to interact helps a lot as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar is very easy to get to grips with. The basic functionality can be worked out pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugins aren't particular good for a salesperson - archiving emails, tracking leads, targets etc is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales for the year and monthly pipelines.

If you don't need a lot - it's perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell is the most basic and advanced tool in some scenarios such as sales account management, tracking leads, tracking of vendor products and marketing automation. We can easily customize Sugar CRM modules as per our needs to achieve better functionality and results for the organization. It helps us in tracking communication and interaction with our customers and gives us an overview with advance details. It is a very reliable service and is easily accessible from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data into Sugar CRM can be a mess sometimes and can generate duplicate entries which are a bit of a task to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, We have been utilizing Sugar Sell for tracking converted leads, manage customers, opportunity creation and tracking leads. Sugar Sell reporting is very robust and advanced and can be easily customized and help us understand our customers. Sales Funnel helps us in knowing the result of our campaign and their performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall I had a great experience with Sugar Sell. It is well suited for sales management, leads tracking and customer management. It is so simple to use and provides us the ability to customize as per company needs and provide very responsive customer support that allows our team to use the product efficiently. It has a simple user interface and very user-friendly also keeps our customers data and information secure in the cloud. Sugar Sell can easily create automated business processes with highly customizable reports data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, We have run into some issues with Sugar Sell when we tried marketing automation service and duplicate emails were sent to the clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is currently being utilized by our sales department for tracking sales, leads, customer journey and managing our customer data. It gives us an overview of overall interaction with our customer and help us in building better relation with customer and growing our business.

Duplicate entries are a regular issue in Sugar Sell and its a little bit of task to merge duplicate entries and should be improved in the next version.

Sugar Sell is an appropriate solution for mid-size business and helps us in tracking interaction with customers, tracking leads, manage sales account and marketing management. Sugar Sell is a cloud-based application and can be easily accessed from any location and any device. Sugar Sell can easily import data from other CRM's and can instantly process the data.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is the best solution for managing sales account and lead management. It is a very flexible and cost-effective tool and has helped us in managing clients ranging from 3 to 100 CRM users. It helps in covering whole customer life cycle and helps in improving our customer experience and tracking leads. It is a fully packed CRM that helps us to manage marketing automation, clients' journey and managing sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever a new version releases it contains a lot of bugs and issues that aren't fixed before releasing a new version. Due to these bugs there have been many issues with the functionality and have slowed down our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM is being used by the sales department in our organization to manage our customers, leads and sales accounts. It is a great tool to manage sales, tracking leads and its forecasting modules help in better management of goals. It even helps us in integrating our marketing system into the CRM and helps us in working closely with the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?

Outlook plugin is unreliable. Looks very outdated

The main benefits I get from this software was the ability to keep my contacts all in one place. It was excellent in scheduling tasks, creating contacts and assigning tasks.

Great CRM, but no Salesforce
