What do you like best about the product?
Sugar CRM is one of the chief software in the market which manage customers in a proper way. Many companies are dependent on this tool as it supports for sales related tasks. It is a cloud-based application which can manage sales automation, marketing automation, customer relationship etc. It also personalizes the home pages. SugarCRM is developed on an open-source platform. I am using this application regularly which helps me in automation and customization policy. I like this tool because it is very easy and simple to use. By using this I can maintain the payment procedure of my employees. Also I like the methods that it supplies reports and dashboard which is very simple to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we use SugarCRM in both mobile and desktop I think the menus of both could be little bit more similar. Otherwise all features are great and supportive also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have got verities of benefits here. The best thing that I realized from my experience is it is extremely handy and easy to use. The customer service team of SugarCRM is also very attentive and they response instantly when they are informed any issue by the user. Another benefit is it works on all smartphones, tablets and computers and we have no need for extra downloading in mobile as an app. Here we can get up to date new modules in affordable price. It supports Windows, Linux and Oracle. This tool roles very effectively in payment mode of organization. It offers multi-currency support. Here free version is also available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for this amazing Salesforce automation platform. My experience with their reporting and dashboard is amazing. I am very happy with their technical support team who are very responsive and available 24*7.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is one of the leading tools which manages customers on the marketing solution. It has very good capability in customization as well as sales automation. It is available as a cloud-based solution. Here the mobile access also available for the users. This software provides excellent results for reports and dashboards. This is very flexible and easy to use. SugarCRM is an open source, that's why users can easily track the applications as their needs. I use this software in regular basis, and it helps me a lot in sales department. The thing that I like the most is it can run offline on your own server. It also offers multi-currency support. I like to use this tool daily and without this my official works are totally incomplete.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the reporting capability of the SugarCRM tool should improve little more. Sometimes it also runs slow. But it is really doing a very good job in marketing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced several benefits from this tool. First, it is very simple and handy to use. It can run in our mobile phones or tablets also. SugarCRM manages the payment works of the organization. The customer support team is very responsive. Secondly, here we can pull data very easily and quickly when the clients need. We can use this in tracking applications, determining eligibility, managing payments of employees etc. It has the capacity to handle the sales automation, marketing automation, account management and customer relationship management needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We use Sugar across our sales/marketing/account management teams to organize and track our customers and prospects - particularly our sales/marketing funnel. I would recommend this software to others.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar CRM is a leading software in business organization which has great ability for customization. Their customer support team is very helpful in every situation. It has several features as I like to use this in my daily business life. It is very easy to access because of its easy design. We use this in tracking applications, controlling eligibility, managing payments of the employees etc. It handles sales automation, marketing automation, account management and customer relationship management needs. Sugar CRM is built on force.com platform, so we can easily control sales and other professional services. Most of my employees of my organization and my colleagues use this tool regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar CRM has the inability to log in multiple device's computers. Rather than it is a very good software for automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar CRM always provides the best customer relationships marketing software. Here we can track all customers records, profit and order amount as well as contact list and order dates and truly everything related to my jobs operationally as a purchasing coordinator. It allows freedom in customizing the solution to fit varied company's needs. Another benefit is it supports Windows, Linux, My SQL and Oracle systems. Its sales tool is also great. It is completely secured. One more benefit is it can run offline. It is highly customizable, and it offers multi-currency support. For all these benefits Sugar CRM helps to grow business organizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SugarCRM is a nice tool for all businesses. We are able to improve our marketing and have been able to close more deals using SugarCRM. One of the greatest advantages of using SugarCRM is that it helps us monitor marketing and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It represents excellent value for money and does everything that needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have gotten used to it and use it very heavily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it heavily in our customer support center to record all our interactions. We have also integrate dit with Quickbooks so we have a common customer database in the company. All our order shipment data is in Sugar so we can a complete history of our interactions with the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is a great application for marketing emails that help us in trackinging our sales process more faster. This application is so easy to use just because of its user-friendly interface. We have been using the SugarCRM software for the sales and marketing purposess because it has the great ability to customization’s that allow us to make everything that we want to appear on any screen.SugarCRM has been around a long time and has become a mature CRM with all the basics you'd expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM is very limited in features which makes their competitors a better option and user interface is also slow that need to speed up the response time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall SugarCRM has worked pretty well for our organization and I would rate it higher because of it the most customizable software as compared to others and it has great reporting module which helps us to use. SugarCRM makes it easy for the sales department to save information about customers and clients, and follow up with service cases.

Easily Customizable CRM Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell has been a very helpful tool for our organization and has improved our business process. The tool is very flexible and advanced and is capable of handling all our customer data that is needed in our business. Tasks are very helpful and can be attached to almost anything in the tool and remind us of work that needs to be completed. Sugar Sell has very great capabilities and functionality is capable of capturing any data provided to its system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing Sugar Sell data with other services can be a hassle as recently we tried syncing data between sugar sell and marketing automation software and consumed a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is used in our organization as the main solution for managing sales and customers. Sugar Sell has a very great workflow process and it is very efficient and flexible in handling and processing customer's data. We can easily track opportunities and interaction with our customers and transform those opportunities into actual customers.

An Extremely Customizable CRM

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SugarCRM is the fact that you can tailor it to your business. My company has many different types of verticals and many different personas, being able to capture information for each of them is important to us. Being able to have multiple tabs for each person with custom fields is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is their lack of through documentation, a lot of my learning of the software was trial and error. I also feel like their reporting module is still weak and automation for Professionals does not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to be able to retain the sales history for prospects and customers in a way that is easy to review and digest. Sugar allows me to capture all of that data and organizes it well. The benefits of having all of this data in one platform has been useful for our other departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is the highlight of SugarCRM. The contact and account search for a large database works great. The ability for easy adding of a customer and information on mobile or desktop is powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM has been built to open and they need to focus on making the common actions easier to do. The dashboard is limited, needs a better reporting dashboard. Email campaigns and templates have not been updated in years. Need a default follow-up with a custom button and maps built into the mobile app and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our direct customer and customer influencer in one large database. Having a single database to do all sales and marketing activities helps us stay focused on what areas bring us the most value.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell was easy to imple.ment and fairly intuitive to use. Our CRM inexperienced team took to Sugar Sell very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a CRM, so in order to be effective, requires that you use it. As with all CRMs, the challenge is getting team members to update. Sugar is not automatic, so does require effort on the part of the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sugar Sell to track opportunities and leads. It helps us focus on the right opportunities and lead so our team is being as effective as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great option for SMB. Can't speak to larger orgs, but 200 employee, $75 org is a great fit.
