Very customizable
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that offers customizable features that addapt perfectly to any business line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a little complicated to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is the following up in every step of our sales funnel. We can view and follow every lead we have using our personalized funnel.

Great CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Anything we want to achieve with Sugar Sell CRM is pretty much possible and everything is configurable to fit our needs. It is easy to use and navigate.It is great at keeping us informed with real time notifications via emails. Its integration with other platforms has made it possible for Sales rep to access information from any of the apps they are comfortable with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin panel user interface seem outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has automated all our repetitive tasks like routing leads and approving quotes which have resulted in to increase in work efficiency. It enables us to track how our leads are engaging with our marketing content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unlike other CRMs, Sugar Sell is very affordable and is an open -source platform that can be manipulated to give you the best resultsout for your business. I recommend it 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use compared to similar CRM platforms. If you are familiar with Salesforce, then you will appreciate the simplicity of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited support since it is not widely adopted (yet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consumer/client outreach and process management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare needs vs. Salesforce and other competing CRM platforms. This is a boutique solution that is highly customizable for large/small scale operations. Add-ons can be pricy, but well worth it.
Flexible Proposal Generation Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
First i like how the system has a wide deployment across different devices and the easy of using the functions. The product has a very responsive notification reminder and the social media integration for marketing its more effective.
Email market marketing capability its also fantastic and the Automation marketing integration is also nice.

I so far seen no problems using this CRM platform, and even getting started to the tool was very simple.

Campaign and contact management, email marketing and document management among others.

What do you like best about the product?
La autogestión que nos permite llevar a cabo, me permite adaptar la herramienta de acuerdo a mis necesidades de negocio y me permite tener un control sobre cada lead de mis campañas, sabiendo los resultados configurando reportes de seguimiento y control. Esto nos ayuda mucho para analizar y tomar decisiones con los resultado obtenidos. Por otro lado, es muy flexible la integración con otras herramientas para ejecutar acciones que complementan la estrategia.

La reportería (Informes. dashlet y dashboards) podría mejorarse para poder gestionar la operación de manera más efectiva.

La gestión de mis clientes, prospectos y leads. Me permite saber la oportunidad de venta y gestionar acciones push para conversión.

Es una herramienta que permite gestionar de manera adecuada clientes, prospectos y leads, así como permite tener un control efectivo de las campañas, siempre y cuando las definiciones las tengan claras referente a como se pretende hacer el seguimiento desde que se crea un lead (campaña o registro manual) en cuestión de la lógica en cuanto a los estatus del mismo. Esto permitirá facilitar al usuario y al gestor de reportes al momento y al usuario que los ocupa para tener una mejor claridad.

What do you like best about the product?
There is not a lot that we like about Sugar - the only good thing you have is decent tech client service folks

Not flexible, updates that reconfigure your system, inflexible pricing for small orgs, being tied to one partner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use the system to hol;d records - but its not intuative or flexible for other uses. We had set it up to use as afull CRM - but our templates did not transfer over when the system was upgraded
Sugar Takes Care of What You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow customization. We use the workflows to automate a lot of processes. We have the system send alerts from Sales to our Contracts team to have Contracts prepared for different opportunities. We do a lot of communication automatically by using Sugar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar can be limited in data reporting if your users don't contribute. However, as a smaller business, I find hat Sugar has all of the functionality we need. Sales activity and customer relationships are all managed in Sugar. We also use Sugar for weekly reporting and notification of payment for renewals/maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems come from our users, not the software. Getting the users to follow your rules and conventions can be tough. Sugar has the benefit of being able to enforce rules through mandatory rules created by the admin. This helps me to control the sales team and keep their naming conventions and information provided consistent.

Check out all of the admin features. There's probably more functionality that you're missing.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and scalability are fantastic. I also appreciate the flexibility to be able to deploy on premise or leave on demand. Support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike is that its marketing has not yet made the name/brand as widely known as others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Centralization of Prospect and Client information has provided one stop for everything we need to know to efficiently work with both Prospects and Clients.
- Mobile client enables us to work wherever we are. Being able to merge agreements and collect electronic signatures via DocuSign integration helps close business without having to walk away and regroup later.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sugar Sell is an excellent platform for organizations that are seeking a scalable, flexible, easy to use solution that can be molded to their organizational requirements both today and into the future. The value is great and you will not receive unexpected bills for excessive API calls or heavy utilization as that is all covered by the standard product. Other significant differentiators are: US based support and two sandboxes (in addition to the production instance).
Sugar CRM - Used for Influencer Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar is highly customizable and allows for non out of the box solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customer service and willingness to assist in ANY way, shape, or form is somewhat unheard of to me. I have never seen a platform/service with lower standards. Additionally, Sugar is very dated and lacks a friendly user interface, therefore being a major turnoff to staff ease of use and adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Sugar to help manage our relationships with influencers on a day-to-day basis. We track data points such as personal info, correspondence, event attendance, gifting and contracts, and non specific notes. This platform does help us organize everything in one software location, but as mentioned in previous statements, the UI is dated and unfriendly, the input of data is almost 100% manual, and staff shy away from using the tool due to Sugar's many issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a cheap CRM solution to manually enter data and store your data, Sugar could be an potential option for your company. But if you are looking for an automated, user friendly tool with good customer service, I highly.. highly.. highly.. recommend you look elsewhere.
