Outstanding CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SugarCRM is adaptable and efficient. We are using it to acquire new customers and retention campaigns. The leads and contacts modules are the ones we use the most. It's been a fantastic tool for keeping track of client information.
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM's email campaigns are extremely tough to set up. It could be made a lot simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SugarCRM to track leads and communicate with contacts. It has improved our sales a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SugarCRM is simple to use and works as expected.

Excellent software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple the usability of this software is and how simple it is for a new user to learn and move through! Has numerous sections for storing, creating, customizing, and analyzing various types of data! Every day, I'm learning something new!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some hard to find options and not too much updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used these platforms to launch a number of products. It greatly assisted in the growth of my company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a fantastic tool, and I can honestly state that my daily tasks would be incomplete without it.
Sugar CRM Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar CRM has automation capabilities that help in mapping business processes such as ours. It collects real-time data with all the relevant metrics. This tool has great customization features, which allow our team to connect with respective account managers and help solve the vendor's queries. It is also easier to implement changes in the application's code to streamline the business process. The great thing is the application is still evolving and giving Salesforce a run for their money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a vast framework, and learning about all its features takes time as there is no proper training, tutorials for the application. Salesforce, even though it is priced a bit higher, provides AI capabilities that are not found in Sugar CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, our product team uses Sugar CRM internally to solve vendor and analysts' queries. They usually come in the form of cases with respective SLAs, which Sugar CRM well maintains. Even though it has little monetary benefits for our team, it does have an impact in the form of smooth case resolution, cross-functional team communication. It does have more significant benefits for the Sales team, though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Sugar CRM for Small and medium-sized organizations or in a small team. For bigger sized teams and organizations, I would recommend Salesforce

1. BWC modules which includes campaign module
2. Discover is way behind Salesforce Einstein
3. Partner network is not very strong in India
4. No Datacenters in India
5. Overall thoroughness and matureness of product/solution. Too many bugs and defects
6. While working on Admin panel, users lose data if they are punching in CRM
7. Takes time to load and users lose their patience sometime
8. Can't open reports and documents in Sugar Mobile app. Doesn't integrates phone's camera
9. Not able to customize internally sharing records email through admin panel

Before, business collaboration was very complicated, and we lost a lot of information. With SugarCRM, all exchanges made with customers are centralized in the CRM and accessible to all
Robust and cost effective platform for Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up and didn't take a lot of time during integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be better. It's a little clumsy at times.

The reporting and analytics function is very comprehensive.
Sugar Sell Smashes Enquiry
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell can handle hundreds of Lead enquiries per day across all our Homebuilding brands. As a home builder servicing many different clients and brands, we can customise the flow using built-in Process Definitions logic to ensure the correct Enquiry falls in the hands of the right Sales Professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one item I dislike is the difficulty in how the system can handle duplicate leads automatically. It would be great if you could group duplicate or related Leads into one based on a ceryain field such email or phone out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and distributing to our sales team over 2000+ enquiries per month from all our different sources. Website, Display Homes, Internet, Social Media, Retail shoppers.

Not much it is extremely limited. It looks like it could be useful in terms of dashboards but it is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is weak. It does not connect to other applications, very restricted when it comes to changing information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does keep all account data in one place and you can add unique fields to the application.

What do you like best about the product?
Optimising new account processes and client management functionality allowed us to be more efficient, automated, and capable of collecting valuable data and customer information to create a high-definition customer experience.
The BPM is so flexible and allowed us to set up any combination of automated processes, and this alone has been vital in helping us make so many time-saving changes to how we are working.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you have lots of dashboards it's difficult to find the correct one, so the ability to create your own logical groups would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very flexible dashboard and report creation tools are fantastic, these enable me to surface data and keep my finger on the pulse. Sharing of dashboards now enables business-critical information to be available to those that need it.
Adabtable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM can be adapted very well to the individual needs of the company. A Studio interface makes it very easy to create fields, maintain masks and create modules, even without programming knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, some practical features can only be obtained by upgrading to the more expensive Enterprise versions. Often, only a few users use them (e.g. in marketing or at management level), but you still pay the extra price for each, even simple, user license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM finally gives us a comprehensive view of the sales pipeline and the customer. By networking with other systems (email marketing software, accounting, external databases, etc.), the system gets further added value.
