Sugar Sell Smashes Enquiry

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell can handle hundreds of Lead enquiries per day across all our Homebuilding brands. As a home builder servicing many different clients and brands, we can customise the flow using built-in Process Definitions logic to ensure the correct Enquiry falls in the hands of the right Sales Professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one item I dislike is the difficulty in how the system can handle duplicate leads automatically. It would be great if you could group duplicate or related Leads into one based on a ceryain field such email or phone out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and distributing to our sales team over 2000+ enquiries per month from all our different sources. Website, Display Homes, Internet, Social Media, Retail shoppers.

We have also recently integrated Sugar Market into the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not overcomplicate. Keep it stock

What do you like best about the product?
Not much it is extremely limited. It looks like it could be useful in terms of dashboards but it is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is weak. It does not connect to other applications, very restricted when it comes to changing information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does keep all account data in one place and you can add unique fields to the application.

What do you like best about the product?
Optimising new account processes and client management functionality allowed us to be more efficient, automated, and capable of collecting valuable data and customer information to create a high-definition customer experience.
The BPM is so flexible and allowed us to set up any combination of automated processes, and this alone has been vital in helping us make so many time-saving changes to how we are working.
Action buttons! When these were introduced this again was a game changer for some repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have lots of dashboards it's difficult to find the correct one, so the ability to create your own logical groups would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very flexible dashboard and report creation tools are fantastic, these enable me to surface data and keep my finger on the pulse. Sharing of dashboards now enables business-critical information to be available to those that need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM can be adapted very well to the individual needs of the company. A Studio interface makes it very easy to create fields, maintain masks and create modules, even without programming knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, some practical features can only be obtained by upgrading to the more expensive Enterprise versions. Often, only a few users use them (e.g. in marketing or at management level), but you still pay the extra price for each, even simple, user license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM finally gives us a comprehensive view of the sales pipeline and the customer. By networking with other systems (email marketing software, accounting, external databases, etc.), the system gets further added value.

What do you like best about the product?
UI Part is very interactive and beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processes, workflows. Process definitions, Email Templates should be more interactive. and Studion level, more options should be drag and drop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiselect field in process definitions and speed of loading the contents or views are solving. Process definitions are improving the no of options to full fill requirements.

Strong and flexible CRM Tool not only for sales and distribution

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM allows a very good management of your sales and distribution processes but also of further processes like invoice processes due to the high flexibility respective the ability to customization. Hereby it is possible for an admin to provide lots of changes and adjustments so that there is no need for an IT-consultant for every single change in the system.
You can not also build up your own customer relationship managementsystem in a sandbox environment but also your own controlling tools and forecast reports (e.g. about upcoming sale opportunities)
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM has no option that allows you to restore deleted data in an easy way in the standard version (e.g. in the SugarCRM Cloud Edition without any plugins).
The "programming language" which is used in the SugarCRM Backend respective in the so called "Studio" is quite difficult to learn when you are not into programming at all. The given examples in the studio to generate calculated fields and to provided logics to your customized frontend are not always helpful. However, there is a good internet community that provides helpful solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving several Problems, e.g. the customer acquisition (together as a team) for it is easy to assign contacts and contract to your colleges and to share information about the data in your team.
Furthermore, customers and their contracts are linked in our SugarCRM. We can generate invoices for the customers out of the contract module.
Moreover, we use SugarCRM as an archiv for emails and some of the users are working with the integrated scheduler respective calender as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use the SugarPortal for any issus you have with sugarCRM. The support ist amazing and realy quick. We also cooperate with an IT-Service-Provider that is responsible for our bigger and major customizations.

What do you like best about the product?
The initial upgrade from Pro to Sell was quick, clean, and could be updated with little work not to appear different to the end user.
Moving forward, what can now be done with BPM and SELL means many of the smaller wishlists required could now be implemented, making the CRM more usable, insightful and have the bonus of quick wins!
The overall capabilities meant the general impression of a CRM will now move from a practical, reportable database to a functional, process-driven tool that will save time, create efficiencies, and, as the slogan says 'Do the work for you.'
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more graph options for reporting and visual source on dashboards. For instance, to allow for detailed data table, pivot, and options available in the Advanced reporting options on Dashboards, as well as to drill in to the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Automated the change of fields as a different field/option is updated.
2. Automation of standard set future tasks, that would normally need to be created manually be each user.
3. Round robin assignment set up and changes are easier.
4. New reporting with the aid of BPM, to allow for us to now see the 'last' comment description in a communication/call. To use this in a report for opportunity instead of receiving every communication description ever for that opportunity.
5. Many more quick fixes can now be done, and this leads me to future capabilities.

Email mktg features are very basic, especially emoticons, images and video mgmt,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used an external provider to address email campaign with basic KPIs. We develop a system to create authomatic and one shot campaign, monitor them and connect also with sales results.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarSell is a robust CRM with features that enables all the Sales team to work productively. The Renewal Console feature helps us to track all our recurring income. By using data enrichment, we can update all the missing details of our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no free trial for new users. It obstructs people who want to try the product quickly and decide if they need to purchase or not. Limited Third-party Integration options are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales and marketing department wanted to keep track and manage all the sales leads in one place. SugarSell helped us to do that. It also helped to automate our sales process and provide a good buying experience to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you get lots of sales leads that you want to track and convert and have a sales team, then SugarSell CRM could be a good option.

What do you like best about the product?
It is best when it comes to interacting with customers. It lets you track email activity, analytics and is best for pipeline tracking. It is easily implementable for all types of products and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it isn't easy to create reports for specific leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us for more significant breakouts of our company SKUs and products. It also enables us to track how our product leads are engaging with marketing strategies.

It is very affordable and easily customizable for your needs. Recommended.
