What do you like best about the product?
1- Ability to customize the way you want it.
2- Incredibly Adaptive.
3-Very detailed sales dashboard
4-Super fast to setup
5-Content management is superb.
6- Opportunities and workflow are well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
1- The user interface could have been a bit attractive and friendly.
2-Seems like it is outdated with no monotone.
3- User experience with relation to the interface again could have been better.
4- It might get slower sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1- As a small to medium business, it was a great experience using it.
2- On a smaller budget, we have increased a significant amount of productivity.
3- Customer engagement.

5-We have been able to link our handheld devices which have made it a lot easier for us to take work home or work from home as we say it.

Fully-functional and effective CRM product and easy customizable features

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple user interface that makes it easy to use and customize even with no technical know-how. It has allowed us to handle many inquiries within a single day. We can customize the flow using built-in process Definition logic to ensure every inquiry goes to the right client/customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Sugar Sell features or its functionality. It is easy to install, use and manage with a simple user interface and excellent user training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell gives us a comprehensive view of the sales pipeline and the clients by integrating with email marketing software, accounting, and external databases, adding more excellent value to our system.

Ease of Suger Sell training makes learning more accessible and helps us to maximize ROI for basic training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to install and manage with a simple user interface and easy to learn with ease to access Sugar Sell training and excellent Sugar CRM support.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best CRMs out there, helps me manage my contacts and leads efficiently and hassle-free. It has a very crisp and beautiful UI, which perfectly fits the product and doesn't have a lot of learning attached to it

I would like if I could increase the amount of data I can store, the CRM is slow many times and can be really frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SugarCRM is adaptable and efficient. We are using it to acquire new customers and retention campaigns. The leads and contacts modules are the ones we use the most. It's been a fantastic tool for keeping track of client information.
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM's email campaigns are extremely tough to set up. It could be made a lot simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SugarCRM to track leads and communicate with contacts. It has improved our sales a lot.

SugarCRM is simple to use and works as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple the usability of this software is and how simple it is for a new user to learn and move through! Has numerous sections for storing, creating, customizing, and analyzing various types of data! Every day, I'm learning something new!

Some hard to find options and not too much updates.

I've used these platforms to launch a number of products. It greatly assisted in the growth of my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar CRM has automation capabilities that help in mapping business processes such as ours. It collects real-time data with all the relevant metrics. This tool has great customization features, which allow our team to connect with respective account managers and help solve the vendor's queries. It is also easier to implement changes in the application's code to streamline the business process. The great thing is the application is still evolving and giving Salesforce a run for their money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a vast framework, and learning about all its features takes time as there is no proper training, tutorials for the application. Salesforce, even though it is priced a bit higher, provides AI capabilities that are not found in Sugar CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, our product team uses Sugar CRM internally to solve vendor and analysts' queries. They usually come in the form of cases with respective SLAs, which Sugar CRM well maintains. Even though it has little monetary benefits for our team, it does have an impact in the form of smooth case resolution, cross-functional team communication. It does have more significant benefits for the Sales team, though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Sugar CRM for Small and medium-sized organizations or in a small team. For bigger sized teams and organizations, I would recommend Salesforce

1. Easy interface to understand for users (though not all of it is good)
2. Easy to understand admin console
3. API Integration
4. Good for small businesses - easy to setup

1. BWC modules which includes campaign module
2. Discover is way behind Salesforce Einstein
3. Partner network is not very strong in India
4. No Datacenters in India
5. Overall thoroughness and matureness of product/solution. Too many bugs and defects
6. While working on Admin panel, users lose data if they are punching in CRM
7. Takes time to load and users lose their patience sometime
8. Can't open reports and documents in Sugar Mobile app. Doesn't integrates phone's camera
9. Not able to customize internally sharing records email through admin panel
10. Dashboard is pretty basic
