Unified Customer relation with Sugar CRM
What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is a robust customer relationship management program that handles customers and prospects more efficiently. Can run Marketing campaigns more effectively, to identify potential customers and build a long-lasting relationship with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit complicated requires a minimum of three users, which make it suitable for Large scale business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently evaluating but SugarCRM is an Unified platform that connects teams and customer in real time. Tool is very handy and simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
System Management that helps to create a good relationship with client by collecting data and organizing customer information. Customization is very easy .BPM flexibility let you use the system the way you want it.Integration with third party tools is very helpful.Overall Sugar cell is a great tool that we use for our sales and marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
Get slower sometimes and takes lots of time to load.Dashboard is very basic more options should be available on dashboard.UI interface is not attracting gives a monotonous feel. It doesn't integrate with phone's camera
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and my marketing team uses Sugar sell.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool that allows us to automate a combination of process has been great. Its easy to set up. The search function is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best UI but workable and logging in on multiple devices can be problamatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM for business use not problem solving as such
The best tool to keep track of your customers' loyalty and be closer to them.

The flow of information is perfect; carrying out processes, follow-up, completion, and finalization is excellent.
The tool is very friendly; some add-ons must be licensed, but to start with, it is beneficial.
Native integration with other platforms is not complicated; this helps us to enhance our processes.
The support team is very responsive; you get a quick answer if something is not working well.

Sometimes communication becomes slow, but it depends a lot on the bandwidth that you have contracted.

Salesforce is quicker, the organization's information is more accurate, and integrating different departmental processes is better.

1) It is so easy to set up.
2) Search functionality is amazing.
3) It helps us to organize a lot of information with ease.
4) The data can be copied to another server very easily by the database system.
5) It is integrated with email, it is very helpful to get any update on email.

1) UI is not so much appealing. The user experience is lacking.
2) It doesn't support multiple device login. Hence, very cumbersome to use sometimes.
3) The email campaign is not so good in Sugar CRM.
4) It takes so much time in system load.
5) Documentation should be improved as it is not so much helpful.

Sugar Sell is wonderful particularly because it is extremely customizable for me. I will also say it has a very effective and optimized search functionality

I believe Sugar Sell is kind of flawless. Just all amazing features to love.

Fully-functional and effective CRM product and easy customizable features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple user interface that makes it easy to use and customize even with no technical know-how. It has allowed us to handle many inquiries within a single day. We can customize the flow using built-in process Definition logic to ensure every inquiry goes to the right client/customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Sugar Sell features or its functionality. It is easy to install, use and manage with a simple user interface and excellent user training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell gives us a comprehensive view of the sales pipeline and the clients by integrating with email marketing software, accounting, and external databases, adding more excellent value to our system.

One of the best CRMs out there, helps me manage my contacts and leads efficiently and hassle-free. It has a very crisp and beautiful UI, which perfectly fits the product and doesn't have a lot of learning attached to it

I would like if I could increase the amount of data I can store, the CRM is slow many times and can be really frustrating
