What do you like best about the product?
The email queues we use to manage corporate accounts are useful and the software integrates well with SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The options for customization are limited and the user interface is quite plain and uninspiring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage corporate accounts and respond to constituents who write to our office.

What do you like best about the product?
You may utilize the Sugar Portal to resolve any Sugar CRM issues. The customer service is fantastic and really fast. We also work with an IT-Service-Provider who is in charge of our larger and more complex adaptations. The first transition from Pro to Sell was swift and tidy, and that could be modified with minimal effort such that it would not look odd to the end customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
More graph choices for reports and graphical sources on dashboards are desired. For example, to enable comprehensive data source, pivot, and choices accessible in the Robust reporting alternatives on Dashboards, and also delve into the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By streamlining new account procedures and user administration functions, we were able to become more productive, automated, and competent in gathering vital information and user data in order to provide a high-resolution customer experience. The BPM is extremely adaptable, allowing us to establish any mix of process automation, which has proved critical in allowing us to undertake so many time-saving improvements to how employees function.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar sell offers many advanced features such as email marketing, analytics, easy to use, integration with many popular third party applications that enables access to a variety of markets worldwide that can be traded with the assistance of expert advisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to navigate. Customer service is below expectations. It is also unable to track any recent activities on the CRM. The email module is also crappy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using Sugar Sell as a CRM for solving vendor's queries. We also use it to relay the queries to the concerned team for quick and timely resolution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sugar Sell (Sugar CRM) is not the best CRM in the market. But it is lightweight and checks most of the requirements.

Frustrating and complicated

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing honestly. I've used 8 different CRM platforms (from what I can remember maybe more) and sugar is the worst that I've used. It's unnecessarily complicated, adds too many steps to do something simple, and other CRM platforms combine several different features into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't even know where to start. EVERYTHING. As stated in the response above, I've used several CRM platforms in my career and there is nothing special about sugar. Other systems other systems on the market, combine several features into one so all you need is just that system. Sugar doesn't have those features, it's confusing, it takes you 30 minutes to do something where in another platform it will take you 5-10 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing. It does get the job done but I've had more success with other systems. It does do the job though. So if you are using Sugar and you aren't thinking of switching it's fine to still use them. But I have had better luck with other systems.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sugar Sell to improve our sales. It helps us create new sales and retention campaigns. It has many advanced features. The email campaigns module is the one we use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels a little old, there's potential for improvement here.

We use it for our email campaigns and CRM. The integration this tool delivers makes my daily tasks run more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer experience is at the heart of what we do so we always make extra efforts in satisfying our clients and customer base. With Sugar Sell, we have been able to manage a long customer list, sell our offerings through provided personalized channels and provide our customers with the best user interface for them

Sugar Sell comes at a cost. Pricing is also not flexible enough and this is even more difficult for non-enterprise organizations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and efficiency of the overall UX. The Sugar experience helps once arduous processes seem streamlined.

Nothing that I dislike so far. I am an ongoing positive critic/reviewer of any application adopted.

Contact and opportunity management has been simplified along with ongoing client retention activities.

Give it a try. NO CRM is easy but Sugar SEll makes a great effort of helping in a highly efficient manner I don't think there is much you cannot accomplish providing you are willing to put in the work to learn the system.
