Constant bugs and no support.
What do you like best about the product?
The potential and logging off. It could be a good product if they communicated with customers after receiving payment. I like that we will be selecting a new marketing automation software in the coming year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support and product design. Consistently receive responses from the support team that there is a bug that needs to be fixed. The software does not work well and is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is currently creating more problems than it is solving and taking up alot of the marketing teams time. Many initiatives are on hold due to lack of response from support and numerous product bugs.

A Good Multi-channel Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We can create mobile-responsive email templates, and landing pages using the drag and drop feature, and can send bulk emails. It is easy to setup and integrate with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is difficult, and there were not many API's available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's Solved our Promotional Marketing activities task. It helped us promote our brand in an efficient manner. It made us more productive using automation. The business had seen a lot of improvement.

Sugar is the most complete CRM I've worked with
What do you like best about the product?
It is a software that has it all, its functions are very useful and clear to use. It has a very intuitive interface, so I never felt lost inside the program. As soon as I installed it, I started using it without any problems, since its learning curve is almost nonexistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve with the progress reports and metrics of the projects, as they are not as complete as they should be nor can they be customized as I would like. Their alerts and reminders of activities and meetings are not arriving in real time, so it was complicated for me to comply with important activities, delaying my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of a work team, where some of us are remotely, so the instructions and tasks must be done online, so this software has helped us enormously, because I can see clearly what I have to do daily, place the completed activities and the progress of my tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is ideal for working with people who work remotely, because it helps to achieve harmony and fluency in the work immediately. Its simple but useful system makes us all know what we have to do and do it in the established time. Undoubtedly, our work dynamics improved.
Do more sale with SugarCRM
What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is unique in it's own way having many features like sale projection, follow-up pipeline generation, lead mapping, etc. We can optimise the given lead to generate more revenue with timely follow-ups and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major setback of SugarCRM it's stability, the CRM crashes inbetween the work and take few hours to get the connection. SugarCRM has many features than other CRM tools in the market, so it's little difficult for the freshers to start with SugarCRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using SugarCRM as my Customer relationship management software and sales enablement tool which helping me on daily basis to generate revenues and to build strong positive follow-ups. I efficiently maintain the profile of my existing clients with the help of SugarCRM.
A great CRM that's constantly improving upon itself
What do you like best about the product?
As an administration specialist for SugarCRM, I enjoy the ease of access to the admin tools and the clarity of how they are used properly. It makes password resets, deactivating users and more much quicker to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not kept organized, records can become messy. This can easily be avoided with proper maintenance by users and their managers to avoid too many duplicates or unclear records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users have a vast database of customer & office information as updated by their teams and themselves. This gives both users and managers clear insight into how their teams are communicating with their leads.

Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to enter leads, nourish them and track everything that happens with them and then the ease of converting them into contacts and later on Opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we find the notifications / process definitions a bit limiting. You can only easily send out emails to the assigned user / users manager but no way of using other custom fields tied to the user module. In stead you need to created a bunch of different flows for the custom user fields in order for them to also get a notification email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had some issues related to tracking revenue and particular items that would be part of an opportunity; the revenue line items module has defiantly helped solve some of the problems.
Sugar Sell, not quite SFDC, but could be!
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty simple, no frills, customizable layouts. I like Studio, but do not have anything to compare it to. Mass updating records through import is much simpler than SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integrations comparable to SFDC. Some functionality that one may think would come out of the box require an add-on(mostly from legacy w-systems packages). For example, "advanced" report scheduling, which can include a link to the report, embedding in the email, etc. Report creation is a bit tedious at times, having to click into the various database tables first to find the appropriate fields.

It's a CRM, it does what a CRM should do.
Works for us!
What do you like best about the product?
We started using SugarCRM when it was the (no longer available) open-source community version. It was free and customizable but soon, we needed more features which ultimately brought us to using Sugar Sell. I like that (as an Admin), I can fully customize the modules, fields, layouts, etc, without needing any developer knowledge. Sugar Support is also excellent at helping with any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar Sell uses a workflow/process manager that is super particular. I like that it has more capabilities, but it also is such a pain to build for what used to be a simple workflow in the older versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sugar Sell to manage our members' subscriptions to various resources (about 3,000 subscriptions/year for about 400 members). It's more robust than what we used to use and more customizable than a competitor that we were recently eyeing. We love the workflows that we built, as they helped us automate the subscription renewals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sugar Sell is highly customizable to meet your particular needs. We love that we can do this independently (I'm sure you can also get help from Sugar/a developer if needed). We know we are underutilizing many features but are excited to keep enhancing our instance to what best suits us.
SugarCRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add fields and functions against modules to address the needs of the business quickly. Utilizing Logicbuilder helps to manage business flows advantageously.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find disadvantageous is that if you are making changes in many areas and start in Test, you will need to complete the same steps in Production as there is no easy way to transfer the changes to production.
