Keeps things organized
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other CRMs I've worked with, I feel sugar gave me the easiest time to Lee things organized at the account level. I like that so much more than at the contact level
What do you dislike about the product?
It would begin to run slowly if I had too many tabs open when I was working. Also it would consistently freeze when trying to run some reports. If you're not the most organized, the tasks can get a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me stay on task and prioritize my day by allowing me to filter for the results and accounts I needed to focus on. I like how it provided a separate area for key notes that didn't get lost in the jumble.

Great CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to manage and there are a lot of options to personalize the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to get in touch with the Support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly with customer relationship management and creating reports for the sales team. It also helps a lot with creating cases for the support team.

What do you like best about the product?
We started with the basics of pipeline management and contact management. This was easy to implement and adoption was high. As we have been able to build on that platform, SugarSell has been there fore us allowing us to branch out into automation, data collection and BPM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could do with a little beefing up, or just made a little easier to build bespoke fields like ratios etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into the pipeline, data sorting, automation and business process management have led to an ability to run the sales division much more smoothly. We are tracking a closed won opportunity rate of 65% in part thanks to SugarSell and the functionality we have built within its platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a rapidly growing business that needed an intuitive IT platform to help us provide great customer service and mix technology with a human touch. The strong point of SugarCRM is a combination of the sugar platform, technology and professional solution-oriented developers. The willingness to understand our business nuances, and the ability to help us leverage SugarCRM technology to optimize customer relationships, has been invaluable. SugarCRM is very customizable enabling top-notch integration and synchronization between SAP B1, KOOMBA WMS, SugarCRM and SmartStore e-commerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM is continuously innovating. On the one hand, this fits in perfectly with our need for innovation and further professionalization of customer-oriented entrepreneurship. The counterpart is that critical building blocks in our (automation) architecture are allocated in a different license model. This is often a costly and time-consuming implementation process. For our development team and users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge in every organization is processing data into information. The correct execution of interdependence actions and disclosure of information to various departments often forms the bottleneck in excellent customer service. SugarCRM helps us to better understand our customers by bringing cross lateral communication back to one platform. Administration is reduced to a single action and interdependence logical actions are automated. The latter, in particular, makes users embrace SugarCRM and view CRM as a valuable tool rather than an administrative burden.

Sometimes the performances in some funcionalities, for example the connectivity between the mobile APP and our active directory, it fails frequently

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell has a lot to offer, much of which can be customized and tweaked - even for those who aren't able to code. I constantly change various functions, screens, options, processes, etc. throughout the modules our team regularly uses and am able to do so quickly. Most changes immediately take effect, too.
I have a great account management team who is always there to help when problems arise or we have new project needs.
Our system houses many records and over 200 regular users and we rarely encounter issues with system speed or bandwidth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the experience is a little glitchy and features don't always perform as they should. Small things like random loading messages that won't go away, a screen refreshing for no reason when entering information (and you have to start over), etc.
They push an excessive amount of upgrades each year, particularly when you have a highly customzied environment that requires thorough UAT each time.

We have the visibility we've been seeking into the lives of our sellers. We have a better idea of daily activity and we understand our accounts and their habits much better than when we started.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides our company with trustworthy CRM software that has served us for year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved, the SMS tool is not very convenient and needs improvement, the search function only gets you one client at a time if you type multiple client id's and it's missing real-time updates throughout the whole of the functionalities

It's the basis of our day to-day, it allows us to have a complete and thorough file for our clients, it allows us to implement tools to keep track of our clients

Sugar Sell review
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell always has a consistent software update and the version, including its features, levels up annually. It has a lot of modules to be utilized that are interconnected to each other. Also, it does allow you to create custom modules that you or your client requires and still be interwoven with out-of-the-box modules and fuctionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The authentication configurations are a bit lacking. Developers may need to configure the parameters with the out-of-the-box authentication fields; tweak the authentication under the hood to integrate to the client's or worst case scenario is doing both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a great CRM tool that is used as a central data hub for clients having numerous departments where data has to be synced in real-time as users update them accordingly.
