It's simple and easy. Has all the settings I need to accomplish custom backups.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use though I am not an expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular except would like some features also for home backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping important work documents backed up.
Good for backing up files but needs improvements
What do you like best about the product?
It's deadly simple with a wide array of options included ranging from encryption to compression. I like the fact that it is pedantic when you create a backup task (which can be scheduled periodically) with various prompts like where to backup, what to backup, what to exclude, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was especially annoyed with the fact that it did not have an option for ignoring/filtering filenames but only extensions and OneDrive tends to have issues with desktop.ini files but I had to search for all these files in the user directory and specify them separately from the GUI menu when editing the backup schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm backing up my folders & files for disaster cases/scenarios. Need to say more? :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes. It's cheap.
Excelent online backup program
What do you like best about the product?
Compatible with many online backup services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image backups only compatible with expensive plans.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this allows for the scheduling of our AWS S3 server backups without an issue. Saves us time and resources.
A good custom backup solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive solution with a lot of capability, with a short learning curve. Integration with multiple Cloud providers is straightforward, and configuration of the utility is well-guided by their wizards.
The GUI has been well-designed to provide all of the critical information readily, and I never feel like I need to hunt for basic status details like whether any errors were encountered.

What do you dislike about the product?

None
CloudBerry vs Acronis True Image Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Acronis True Image Cloud for several years. At the end of 2017, we evaluated and switched to CloudBerry Backup. Acronis cloud backup service was extremely slow for backups and restores. The Acronis web UI for managing my account and cloud backups was painfully slow.
Cloudberry allows us to pick cloud service providers who have much better performance for backup uploads and downloads. It's easy to set up hybrid backups to a local USB drive and the cloud for protection from file deletion, corruption, and ransomware attacks.

What do you dislike about the product?
On one of my Windows 10 x64 computers, the Windows Networking Service reported some errors and would lose Internet connectivity. I found a fix online that modified TCPIP parameters which fixed the problem. I would like to see better bandwidth management across multiple computer backups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I switched to CloudBerry from Acronis True Image Cloud. Cloudberry allows you to choice from multiple cloud service providers and is so much faster to upload and download backups to the cloud. I use the hybrid backup scheme to back up files locally and to the cloud to protect against deletion and a ransomware attack.
Good overall product for the price
What do you like best about the product?
Setup wasn't too difficult, and it you seem to get a lot of features for the price
What do you dislike about the product?
Some jobs seems to failed for some reason when it shouldn't
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps automate our archive backup for google cloud, which is fairly seamless with Cloudberry
