Best product for creating your backups
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried other products like official software provided by the own external hard drive company I purchased and were very simple or not reliable. With CloudBerry backup I feel very confident with all aspects they manage and also allow to customize every aspect of my backup plans
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start you need to understand the product and makes you a bit overwhelmed but they provide with some sample backup plans to start quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating mostly local backups and a a few online backups

Cloudberry Backup, The best cloud storage backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it supports all the major cloud storage service providers and also provides other backup storage solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface to set backup retention could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I required a backup solution for home to backup my NAS to cloud service. Many other backup solutions prevent this, or require a special server edition.
Very userfriendly
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the user interface is to use. Integration with different providers like DropBox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my personal data and laptop os backed up.
The best backup solution for home, small business, and enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
This state-of-the-art software is very flexible, reliable, and easy to use. I have tried many backup solutions and in my opinion this is the best. There are many storage options (like Google Cloud, Azure, OneDrive internal and external hard drives and NAS, and many others), if you wish, you can use more than one of these options. It is possible to make all kinds of adjustments for unlimited number of backup plans you can create. Of course does it support basic backup functionalities like multiple file versions, compression, encryption, retention policies configured by the user. You can schedule backups or make them run real-time, continuously monitoring and backing up files you choose. It is possible to create multiple plans for backup, making it possible to backup certain critical files real-time, and other files according to configured schedule. In brief, Cloudberry Backup has all features you need for backing up your data, yet easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to many other backup solutions, I can't really find any major cons for Cloudberry Backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's best benefit for me is TIME. Once configured, it automatizes my backup procedures, works in the background for me, lets me get rid of hassle regarding backing up files to remote locations according to certain circumstances.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try the evaluation version. It is free for first 15 days. Decide for yourself. I believe that you won't be disappointed.
Solid affordable choice for consumer or SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Price, differential backups, multi-cloud support, and upgrade credit for license cost
What do you dislike about the product?
No upgrade pro-rated credit for maintenance, server OS required for Hyper-V VM product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
backup to local disk and encrypted backup to cloud. Save storage space with differential backups for SQL Server
CloudBerry Backup is a Flexible, Feature-ful Backup Software
What do you like best about the product?
We're using Cloudberry with Wasabi for cloud backups, but it can interface with a number of different options, while also supporting local backups. You can also encrypt your backups, and it supports block level backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many explanations during setup or what the many options do, so it's more recommended for advanced users. It would be nice if they provided sample setups or better explanations in the backup wizard, as it really provides you with a lot of customizable options (half of which I'm unsure how they would interact with each other).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using CloudBerry to interface with Wasabi to backup our users' computers. With block level backup, the subsequent backups after the full one is super quick, and we can rest assured that our data is backed up and safe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need more features than Windows Backup and are an advanced user that wants serious backup customization, CloudBerry is a great piece of software for you.
Really easy to setup and forget about it
What do you like best about the product?
You set it up once and it does everything for you
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings are quite extensive which is good but it could be hard for beginners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to worry about my backups
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really the best software to use as a simple backup solution for your precious data which you should really backup to an offsite location
Great backup experience
What do you like best about the product?
I can "set it and forget it." Once it's set up, it just does my archiving for me at midnight and i don't have to worry about it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike in my limited use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer, I have files scattered all over my HD. With CBB, I can archive them to one location in a structure that I customize to make sense to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would tell them to look into it. It's got a nice trial period and the price is reasonable for the security it provides.
Cloudberry Backup Good for PCs, not for Servers
What do you like best about the product?
The price is pretty low for the software licenses. This is helpful to us as we are a Managed Service Provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many bugs in the product. If you are trying to backup a lot of Windows servers in a business environment, you cannot really trust this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are backing up a ton of servers for an OK price for the product, but will probably have to go with another backup product after our current licenses expire because there are just way too many bugs in this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CBB is good for backing PCs, but if you resell CBB to important clients to backup their production servers, you will have lots of headaches from constant bugs being introduced during updates of the product. We currently have several clients whose backups we are not 100% sure of due to all the bugs.
Easy Implementation for SB Peer Based Server.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and installation. Helpful videos and manual for control. Lots of information out there for additional resources. Very reasonable cloud storage cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Default settings in this environment dominated internet traffic causing repeated issues with dropping connections and Quickbooks Server dropping connections to clients. Need additional information on a 'standard' basic setup with maybe glacier backup implementation and rules for long term storage. A base of setup would make adjustments very easy with that base available. Initial backup seems to be taking a very long time - would like to get that done asap without client interruptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup speed settings for maximum integration. Looking at how to setup glacier in alignment with Backup. Ease of accessing stored data and backup integrity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An excellent option to use with some learning curve and research.
