CoudBerry Backup Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how thorough the piece of software is. It's not cheap gimmick, but that's the downside, it can be complicated if you don't understand what you are looking at. I would still recommend it as I do to my entrepreneur friends because our lives and personal information is on these files. IF anything was to happen, it's important to have that backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated. A more user friendly guide for basic users would be recommended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peace of mind if something happened to my computer, it's all backed up.

Almost Perfect Solution For Various Backup Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It is the only software (among free and paid) that allows to create backups in any way you need - from and to cloud and even cloud to cloud backups, even if it's not widely advertised in its description.
The ability to encrypt anything on the go is perfect. I love the way it works - for example, if you choose SFTP as backup source, you can store encrypted files when you download them - this is absolutely fantastic. I'm using the trial for my personal needs, but there are also many business features like working with MS SQL Server, Azure, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complicated and unusual interface. You need to get used to the way backups are organized - you have to define all possible storage places before you start any backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to backup the following things:
1. SFTP to Local Machine
2. Local Machine to Cloud
3. Cloud to Local Machine
MSP360 allows to do backups in all these directions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of my favorite applications for local and cloud backup. It contains a multitude of good options to configure the copy process. In addition, online support is usually quick in their responses. The price is also very good for its functionality. I definitely recommend trying it.

MSP360 with S3 Deep Glacier
What do you like best about the product?
MSP360 combined with AWS S3 Deep Glacier is the perfect combination for easy backups, better than I expected with searching for modified files without accessing S3 so no additional costs are incurred
What do you dislike about the product?
First backups take a while as with most backup solutions apart from that nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following the 3 2 1 backup rule previously with little data replication or backup of critical data
Really helpful for ALOT of uses
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to backup many of the businesses that I work with. And it allows you to schedule that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it seems a little over complicated and I can find it hard to find the thing that I want but I think with familiarity that would be fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just ability to get multiple businesses backed up quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal for me was to find a suitable backup client for my wife's laptop that would integrate directly with Glacier Deep from AWS to get a cost efficient backup solution. I have now got this to work and have tested to restore data and it works like a charm. I can really recommend this client.
Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible, lots of useful features, very clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer the name CloudBerry to MSP360. No big deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to back up to external hard drives and Amazon S3, and should I want to, to other local and cloud storage locations as well. I used to use CrashPlan Home, a great product which got discontinued. Glad to find an alternative solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple way to backup your files locally and remotely, try it. And I mean, really backup (and not just sync), with file versioning, deleted file retention for more than a year and so on.
