What do you like best about the product?
The team that assisted us with the implementation was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We successfully rolled out our cookie preference banners across 40 domains well within the established timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit challenging to navigate, but it is to be expected with the types of services that SecuritiAI provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that would help ensure that all of our property websites are utilizing a cookie preference banner, and have a centralized consent management platform

What do you like best about the product?
It helped me automate my companies data security and gaine Better insight on customer data handling.

The demo I schedule took longer than I anticipated and it was little hard to understand understand in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me automate the data security that was taking much more manpower to handle.
User Friendly Tool with Great Educational Materials & PS Support
What do you like best about the product?
Tool is user-friendly. Great UI and educational material, with videos and short readings. Securiti PS engineer Walter Bertelli is a great partner and is always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that can be improved and it can take long cycles for them to be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securiti is helping Confluent streamline its Data Inventory & Data Mapping, as well as generating ROPAs & privacy assessments in accordance with the requirements of GDPR. Also, the Risks Register helps Confluent assess and remediate risks based on ISO 27701 requirements.
Securiti's tools are user friendly, and their support through our deployment has been white glove.
What do you like best about the product?
Securiti had much of the functionality we required, and the willingness and ability to make changes needed to support our deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Securiti should have a mobile app and connected/smart TV solution - we are still working through their capabilities here.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Scanning unstructured data stores needs improvement. The system has issues when scanning unrecognized file types or large data stores (e.g., S3 buckets); however, this is an issue I've seen with other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system allows us to identify where our sensitive data is so we can take steps to protect or minimize it.

Privacy compliance, data discovery, hosting web forms for DSAR, assists with state-by-state and county privacy compliance laws.
Data Discovery and Classification around the Globe
What do you like best about the product?
The Securiti support team is world-class! They were always willing to jump into any issue that came up, and quickly found solutions in real-time or added fixes to the product pipeline at a speed that was very impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single product that doesn't come without its own set of challenges when deploying at scale. It was a pleasure to work with the various Securiti teams around the globe who were always there for us and willing to work around the clock until a solution was found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securiti enabled our customers to obtain visibility into both structured and unstructured data that other vendors struggled to provide. The long list of platform integrations and extremely flexible API was something that sets them apart from the other players in the space.

What do you like best about the product?
Partnership between the teams has been great and driving towards new capabilities with quick turnaround times has been impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There will always be new requirements, but they met the requirements we looked at during our POC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to know where personal data resides within our platforms to mitigate risks and comply with various country laws.

What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of various tools and resources in a single platform, and compliance with the LGPD requirements. Possible automation of some tasks, visibility of processes and treatment activities, management of cookies and consents, documentation of operators and data subject requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
High investment required for the use of the Securiti platform modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management on a single platform, visibility, automation, and the possibility of compliance with various aspects of the LGPD. The process of using the contracted modules of the tool is still underway.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is very easy to use and so intuitive... We really like the data discovery solution, I think it can help us a lot in this challenge, because we have data spread across several platforms, including on-premises and cloud environments, in addition to databases. However, it would be necessary to better calibrate the commercial proposal so that it becomes viable within the budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface could be a little more integrated... We got to know another solution and we thought that the interface seemed to have a greater evolution in the aspect of integration between the modules, mainly the management of requests for response to incidents. Perhaps this was due to the comparison with a competing solution, but that would not prevent us from continuing with a future acquisition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started to use cookie management in the browser, however we are studying to add new modules. Our DPO is evaluating the modules and comparing them with our scenario, because our operation is very focused on B2C, so we may not have enough requests that can justify the acquisition of a platform to control this demand. However, I believe that if we manage to make a financially attractive package feasible, it will be very valid to implement the entire Securiti.ai solution to help us in managing privacy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the experience I had with the cookie management application, I can say that its implementation was very easy and fast. We implemented the cookie management module of Securiti.ai +6 months ago with the support of the partner LGPD2U from Ribeirão Preto-SP Brazil and we are very satisfied with the result.
