What do you like best about the product?
I like the way how Maximo can be customized to meet the business rule and workflow. I involved in application design and third party application integration

some of the screen design features have room for improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in house IT stuff for supporting Maximo. I can see the value that Maximo can bring into the org for maintaining our infrastructure assets

What do you like best about the product?
Maxioma allows us to track cost and schedule maintenance activites for varoius assets

having to scroll to ge to items on ascreens

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is vast. it is in virtually every industry, and covers not just everything MRO. Procurement of production related parts for example, can and is done in Maximo. Not typically where I expect someone to start, but it happens. There is often too much for an organization to get into at once, so it is usually better to determine the best processes to automate, and prioritize to what level you will go.
What do you dislike about the product?
pm sequencing; lack of a task library (as opposed to job plan library); licensing maintenance is complicated to document, understand and deploy;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
single centralized storehouse for MRO data from which to aggregate and analyze data to build into information to drive change and evaluate progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
kick the tires. isolate business processes and evaluate for automation. prioritize, train, analyze, re-retrain

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to manage Work Orders, Calibration activities, and Asset Lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the out of the box fields within the applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calibration management, asset management, and tracking data.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the work centers and new UX, but MAHI is a fundamental extension in this era. Another great progress is the Maximo for Aviation where all critical Maximo products and add-ons are bundled in one single solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the segregated development for the different add-ons and industry solutions, such as a totally different approach on inspections in for instance Anywhere and work centers. This leads to asset information stored in different tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire E2E process is covered with Maximo, however based on the client maturity level has a huge impact on the end-to-end process and the information available to accomplish the processes. The benefits realized is a fleet managent dashboard with real business insights and KPI's that add real business value

Conti nue with the new UX (Lightning) and Watson Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Using maximo for our calibrations is excelent at keping our organization compliant with the use of e-sig functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally am not good at writing custom-ad-hoc reports. Also trending calibration data for me is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Medical supplies requires part 11 compliant software. Maximo helps us stay compliant in a highly regulated industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration capabilities with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Scheduler feature needs some work. LIcensing costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and Sceduling for multiple disiplines. Ease of rolling up and reporting on work that has been assinged.
