Make your business process versatile with IBM Maximo
What do you like best about the product?
We are using IBM Maximo in the organization for the section of protocols and Sops. All the processing of files and archives inside the company is carried out for the maximum. It has many modules that serve many sectors of the company. It is virtually at ease to layout maintenance with Maximo. Maximo is a suitable planner tool between operations and support that can be used for proactive cases to reduce the cost for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo has a complex interface for both the end-user and the developer, however, the integration with different tools is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- All service requests, maintenance, incident reports, and records are being done through Maximo. It has become easier to track the progress of a task assigned to a person or group.

Great tool for inventory management - IBM Maximo
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool for inventory management control.
Data integration can be done easily.
It can handle every asset and it's very easy to track the asset.
Due to Maximo, we are able to increase our uptime during maintenance.
It uses condition-based monitoring to predict the failure in the case of any asset.
Easy to attach and view attachment.
Easy to use, don't need much knowledge to use it. Very simple and effective.

It can handle every asset and it's very easy to track the asset.

It's very hard to implement.
We have to take IBM support most of the time.
The picking process is missing for reorders, which are needed by our client.
UI should be improved to improve the user experience.
You need the training to use it to its full capacity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had tracked work order request for our clients. The ticketing works very well with Maximo. It's very easy to customize which is a great thing. Also, we are able to integrate it with SAP very easily.

It's an amazing product and works very well for enterprise work management. Setup is a cumbersome process but after that, it would be very helpful.
Best Tool To Monitoring Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Well best part in IBM Maximo is is there performance dashboard. It is very useful to see the growth of organization, improvement in KPI's. Also you can integrte IBM maximo with your other tools. Best part of Maximo is there adding customize script as per need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from turtle loading, there is no cons of IBM Maximo yet. Well also it depends on situation and requirements too.

It helped me to improve the performance of our assets, bring down costs and avoid downtime through its advanced analytics and AI technology. In case of crisis, it helped to maintain business continuity. It is suitable for businesses of all sizes including small, mid-size, and large companies. It provides benefits to intensive industries. The best quality is this system is that it is very fast and also provides a connection to the server even in remote areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the issues I face while moving assets back and forth between sites. The system is not good with this function. Moreover, This software is highly advanced as it has the latest technology. It is capable of managing work power and cost.

This asset management software is very user-friendly. With a little practice, we can easily get used to it. The support team is there to assist in our startup process. A training program is available for the users to become a professional. Moreover, at the end of the training, you can earn badges and certificates.

This software is integrated with ERP, HCM, and HSE systems through which you can increase quality and productivity. You can manage all types of assets with a single technology. It will provide you workflow management so that you can make changes in it according to your needs.

Things that need to be improved by the developers that should be like some time when issuing the ticket, so the process takes so much time it's not a user-friendly software it's complicated to use for the first time

Full Access to Customize and Manage the Orders and Reports of assets.
It is fully automated with order requests and notifications and captures the fault in the system which manages the inventory.
