IBM Maximo very good tool for ticketing and asset management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a complete software and flexible enough to adapt quickly to the company. I liked the easy notes and that you can link tickets to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it's slow to add one of the assets to the tree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is software that helps us track assets and manage them in a positive way with the creation of tickets and integration with the MES system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this asset management tool because it is great for measuring activities and assets in the company and I also love all of its capabilities, it is very good and robust and you can configure all kinds of tasks and assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, this product has no defects so I have nothing to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very good and amazing solution that allows me to manage our company assets efficiently and now everything is much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool for inventory control and workflow management. I like the user interface, it's good and makes it easy to manage orders and meets our needs in the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is excellent but I see some problems, especially in the restrictions in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to manage our assets and is our main source of workflow analysis, improving the typical processes in ticket management.

Power tool for maintenance project management

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful in making preventive maintenance on schedule.. it has the ability to generates work orders as per set date to as reminder of planned projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that dislike but need to improve. Just notice that if we will tap or include permits system and project didn't fall as per plan.. it's need to back from the starting process..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One- creating maintenance plan according to sequence..
Second- powerful tool for registry of all materials I've purchase,all activities been done, materials inventory.. etc.

My experience with IBM Maximo.

What do you like best about the product?
As we know Maximo is an Asset management tool the best feature of this tool is we can track our asset life with the built-in prediction system in this tool. Another thing is that we can deploy it on multiple clouds which makes it a highly available service. This tool also comes with a simplified licence policy which means we have to pay only for that service which we are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generation is tricky, sometimes it doesn't contain the lasted deployed asset it took some time to update in the tool. The graphical interface of this tool needs to improve. Sometimes loading of reports or internal modules is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously in our organization, we are using some other tool for asset management which was good but it doesn't have a feature generating the service/request or tracking the deployed asset. So we switch to IBM Maximo which has built-in features Maximo we can generate service requests or track my old request. We don't need any other software for service requests/ monitoring of the asset. Which helps us to save time and cost. We can also monitor deployed assets remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool, it is very effective for asset management and provides ticket management functions at a low cost. I liked the feature of incident and problem modules. It is very intuitive and able to easily track and create mods without any hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. This tool is very useful and it has not come without any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Maximo is used for asset management and ticketing, which is very easy because it is capable of easy reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Large User Community for discussions and troubleshooting.
2. Accessibility of Subject Matter Expert from IBM to offer help and provide insightful advice.
3. Analytics and Insights provided for the assets
4. Automation which helps to reduce human intervention needed from time to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. UI and site navigation can be more simple, user-friendly and easy to access to frequently needed things.
2. Pricing model is too complex and there's less guidance available that exactly what'll be the precise use of the different add-ons provided during subscription.
3. Report customization can be improved upon and also some standard reports which are given can be made less cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory and Asset Management
Productivity and other reports at different resources and team levels so that costing and productivity can be optimized.
Automating many tasks which were tedious and manual earlier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the large amount of information that can be associated with each device and the connection is from anywhere I liked the centralized equipment management and the friendly system it's great and easy to use to control and manage assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things that I can express my dissatisfaction about, but one of them is that the interface is a bit slow and it would be good if they optimized it a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Maximo helps me a lot in general and the experience has been very good, performing maintenance on time and avoiding breakdowns that could damage production.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it can create, modify and uniquely track tickets and you can link the tickets together. This platform is excellent. I liked the asset activity tracking and that it is configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the way of tracking and that they offer a selection of articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo has been a good tool when it comes to managing assets, it is capable of doing it in a simple way and today it continues to work very well.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to add job plans, create pms and adjust them according to a custom calender. For instance, a WO can be deferred in case of unannounced holiday
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed and time to conclude a work order. Opening a work order, changing it's state, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating maintenance schedules, generating concerned service requests and keeping the concern manager upto date and help plan budget and downtime of their respective machines
