What do you like best about the product?
I think the best feature provided by Instaclustr Managed Solutions is that it handles all the complex configuration details for our cluster.We don't need to worry about the configuration at all. Within minutes, we can set up a production-ready cluster without any worries. Another standout feature is it's automatic backup feature. Instaclustr’s daily off-node backups ensure data availability, even during significant disasters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the excellent features of the Instaclustr Managed Solutions.I think Providing comprehensive documentation and tutorials would greatly benefit users. Additionally, if they can implement intelligent scaling policies based on workload patterns—such as auto-scaling during peak hours—could further enhance performance and cost efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Based on my experience, setting up and maintaining Apache Kafka clusters used to be complex and time-consuming for us. However, with Instaclustr, we can now set up production-ready Kafka clusters within minutes. This really helped us from dealing with complex cluster configurations and allowing us to focus on our applications instead of infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
As to the strengths, which I found in it, I can mention that the aspects, which are the most important for me, include simplicity, effectiveness and speed of handling problems. 01 Of the pleasant features I have liked I shall note here is that I am able to set my system to scale automatically thereby keeping my mind easy knowing fully well that my system will always be optimized to the best given the number of fluctuation in demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, what I seriously do not like is such a high level of interfaces’ complexity, particularly when it comes to understanding some options and setting up some of them. Nevertheless, as soon as one starts applying the head and shoulders method, every step seems incredibly easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be quite honest troubling shooting wise, it ha been really good dealing with Instaclustr Managed Solutions where we got a solution for everything. As soon as I encountered problems connected first with the site and then with several of my projects, their support staff is always ready to help me solve the problem, and ensure that things are back to normal as soon as possible.

I'm new to Cassandra, so Instaclustr was a massive help.
It was pretty easy to get started and all that, but these guys know there stuff. they detected and helped me fix a weird batch statement issue I was having.

Great product, fantastic service
I found the setup process to be quick and easy to go through. I think going with the Dev Starter package took about 10 minutes from start to finish.
There's a pretty decent amount of help documentation in the support section and also a bunch of in-depth Cassandra learning material at academy.datastax.com.
What really shines though was their support: talking to them was straight-forward, they were knowledgeable and they were always happy to answer any questions I had.
