Many projects, one place- Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple projects that are completely different, but we are able to create what we need for each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited amount of users . Easy to start, but sometimes what you want the program to do for a project gets complicated, and it is not alway easy to figure out how to get it to do what you want it to do. But once you get over that hurdle, it gets easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create projects within Quickbase without having to purchase different software. Instead of using excel spreadsheets, the information can be easily accessed and updated in Quickbase (less human error) more automation.
Good Database experience environment
What do you like best about the product?
They listen. Products are constantly evolving. Lots of help ww.
What do you dislike about the product?
Business Tiers approach to licenses. The best features of Quickbase are excluded from the Teams level, which is where a smaller company starts out to grow, but QB won't help this growth by limiting access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gets our medium sized construction company away from its beloved paper for everything and out using a mobile approach. Goodbye spreadsheets, I hope to do away with the many to many relationships of each person having their own way of keeping track of business.
Easy to use!

Quickbase has a great UI and is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it moves slowly and logs you out after a period of no use.

For the most part, it is quick and easy. If you key in the information, it does all the rest for you.

There honestly isn't much about Quickbase that I don't like.

It keeps track of the business finances and spending for the week and monthly audits.
Flexible CRM solution for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is easy to use and simple to set up without the need for specialist services if you are a little bit tech savy. Pipelines allow you to do low code integrations with many outside resouces.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small buisnesses the base license requirement is skewed to the high side (20 seats minimum)
Would like to see more connection options for pipelines in teh Teams package. Lots of small buisnesses use sql and mysql database but the connection is not an option on the Teams package

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to hold and monitor multiple data points on clients with some data coming from outside sources. Quickbase is a great central hub that integrates with all our platforms.
Great Suite with lots of great features!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for building and updating applications is fantastic and there are more and more sources and links that can be used in the system every day. The way the system integrates with our existing data makes it a key application suite that we use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a few more features to allow users to help them selves before having to get higher level assistance but that is also getting better daily.

Quickbase allows our system data to be combined in one place.

Quickbase software to the rescue!
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has been used by my department since 2021 to replace forms used in Excel. The form creation is so easy and intuitive and reporting is a breeze to do! The ability to customize data entry, notifications, and import/export data is off the charts. This has helped us to report metrics to our stakeholders more efficently and drive productivity. I use this product all day every day for various audit requirements for my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without a coding background, some of the more technical parts of Quickbase can be laborious and it doesn't have a sandbox environment to test before rolling into production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our audit work had previously lived in Excel and the data being collected and reported started to get cumbersome in Excel; file size too large to email, difficulty continuing to add data, changing of requirements. Quickbase has solved that problem and still allows for us to retrieve archived data to review. Our effeciency has increased as well as allowing people to become SME with developing apps within Quickbase and those people development/training opportunties help with career advancement as well as growing their confidence
Great robust product with ok UI
What do you like best about the product?
Pipelines! Have used them a lot this year. They are very powerful and easy to build

UI seems clumsy and confusing at times, especially for new users

There is always for room for improvement with the platform due to the sandbox application and the types of fields you can have information in.

What you see is what you get there arent many ways to bypass the native QB application stuff.
