Super versatile and flexible database!

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities are extremely helpful, allowing for collective / impactful data to be aggregated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I somewhat dislike the new navigation pane on the left, when I have my mouse curser near that area of the screen - the navigation panel comes out, and then I erroneously click as I am not expecting the panel to expand - and before I know it I'm no longer in the area of Quickbase I wanted to be in. While I can pin the navigation pane, it then takes up more room on my screen. It's not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quantifying families and the support services they receive through family resource centers across the state; this allows for aggregate statewide data around the support of families.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, lots of functions that allow us to track all our data. Customer support is easy to reach and helpful. I use it daily at work and rarely encounter issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to add new fields, for even a rookie, non-IT user to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes all our projects in one place, easy to find data for all our projects and see where they stand.

Old quickbase great!! New quickbase SUCKS!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the old quickbase. Easy to use. Was able to input everything with no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new quickbase is not very user friendly. I do not like all the tabs on the side. You aren't able to easily filter results. My and my boss had some troubles trying to filter some results last week. We eventually gave up and did it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep all our checks in the kitchen, as well as packaging in one place. Multiple people are able to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of time throughout the day
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can be added at a whim without user input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps to assign tasks to the right people. It can be used to assign tasks to a group whilst detailing the amount of time spent by each individual as well as their unique data contributions.

It’s getting worse.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of what you need is included. Nice when it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a 5-6 hour shift I’ll have to sign in several times.
Often it loses the information on the first few pages and I’ve got to reenter it.
Takes forever sometimes to load photos.
Since new update it won’t let me do screenshots to send in for my visits. I’ve got to use 2 phones.
Sometimes the camera switches over by itself to the front selfie screen and I’ve got to correct it for every photo.
It does not always record signing in and out times correctly.
The directions to your next stop are sometimes unreliable and I use Google maps on my personal phone.

It keeps track of all work orders and links to GPS apps to get you to your sites.

What do you like best about the product?
All my site visit reports are saved in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant seem to edit the amount of entries (e.g. amount of observation ponits), might just be that Im unfamilar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to record and share site visit reports across multiple members of a construction project.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-understand interface with many data integration techniques.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of good documentation in building out functions leads to lot of guess-and-check and takes way longer than it needs to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us a CRM tool for all our analysts conducting Collections calls to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
We use quickbase for customer onboarding and requirment gathering.
Everything is centralized and customers have access to setup their requirements and same is reflected in real time.
Quickbase has helped my team automate requirement gathering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs in the forms where we need to zoom out to see all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use, even for beginners. The platform allows me to upload data and easily create the desired reports.

It is so vast and powerful that I don't know if I will ever learn its full functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Customisation of databases that allow traceability - if someone makes a change then it can be tracked
What do you dislike about the product?
Way to difficult to modify functionality as an admin, grid edit could be made more slick - feels clunky often
