Quickbase seems to be multi-faceted, flexible, open source and collaborative.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for quick organization and teamwork
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't the most user-friendly and intuitive for navigation. Feels outdated as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of timesheets, project flow, PO details, teamwide availability/PTO plans

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the hyperlinks take you to the previous page; if you lost a tab, rest assured that you'll get back to it.
A hyperlink can take you to the work order, and from the work order, you can access the PO and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't export some reports to Excel. Most of the time, we need to add comments or have a breakdown of certain things, and not having it on your computer makes you write down when it is not needed in 2022
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With it new look I can filter which is way better, when checking customer complaints I can write down the complaint # without going all the way to bottom to get it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get better data insight from a financial standpoint of a company and also able to see different project aspects in one place is beneficial, and it is customizable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, doing the easy things can be a bit drab; some experience is needed. The user interface can be improved, like a more visual and object-oriented display rather than a database design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating dashboards and real-time analytics from different data for easy presentation to team members and filterable information. The revenue, hours and project master is a real plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows you to import spreadsheets which are converted into a database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced a few small errors when importing larger spreadsheets. In a few instances, I had to reimport the entire spreadsheet after losing my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is solving an issue with logs used in Social Services. The logs currently are excel spreadsheets, and users experience data loss when sharing the file to other users.

I like the number of different groups and short descriptions of the studies that patients sign up for
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the system is slow or freezes. I am able to manipulate and keep a few options open & number of the studies maybe worked at the same time

Slowing down the process. At some times can open it in a different field, while rebooting the previous

I wish there was a step by step system when you click on tabs.

Quick base is helping me keep track of certain billings and invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall Quickbase is powerful and fast and always improving, allowing for applications to develop over time as knowledge and tools expand. In addition, the attempts to offer valuable training are greatly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating aspect is the help system. It covers the basics but lacks depth and would benefit from a Knowledge-Base section (beyond just the Community, which is one of the strengths of QB).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps to provide a centralized location for data, allowing it to be grouped (by apps) in ways that can be related to individual job responsibilities or information flow for our company. For me personally, it allows me opportunities to help make my coworker's jobs easier and more efficient.

The speed at which you can develop a new tool and the ability to make changes pretty quickly as the business needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some User Interface and builder improvements for native features are lacking or slow to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed at which a solution can be implemented helps with changing business needs or making adjustments to builder errors that are identified.
