Quickbase is a great resource

Having access to multiple uses within the same platform

No dislikes currently using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows me to see all of the events available to be staffed. It also allows me to communicate with individuals within my organization. I also appreciate the records/tracking of communication and submissions

What do you like best about the product?
When you sign in, you will see all the tools to have your data well organized, making it easy to keep track of the progress of your projects and also your team's performance. All this with the plus that you can edit to make it more fitable for your own needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the initial work is done, what comes next is up to you. Sometimes this can get a bit puzzling, but as with any great idea, there is a lot to improve, and it will surely happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating the teamwork in a specific way that fits perfectly with the character of the project is not that easy, but with Quickbase is like getting a tailor-made suit.
It's interface is intuitive and simple to follow.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to follow up how the projects are being used. It helps with project execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you click on the eye, the result gets you back to the whole list of projects instead of showing movements in project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To let me know how projects for capex are being spent and who are those who approved it.

What I like best is how fast and effective it is to use in our company.

No dislikes at the moment. Everything works great.

It solves disorganization in the workplace and makes everything convinient.
Easy and detailed
What do you like best about the product?
Filters and search so I can find what I need quickly. Being able to search by name, phone number, device name, device number, and other criteria is a feature I use constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how applying a filter to a database can affect multiple users when you want to save the filter. For example when looking for IT equipment I want to excluded shop equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easer to store and find my data. We are using it for inventory purposes and it is great to find devices we have stored and keeping up with who has what.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to generate information pulled from a filtered search of data to keep available for team during installations. The program hasn't had any inconvenient downtime so it's not prevented work.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the data entry blocks compressed into a scrollbar verses the ability to change a page or tab.

Providing Real time information/data to headquarters allowing multi sites to be monitored and deployed remote.

The ability to upload from excel spreadsheets

Sometimes I find it difficult to filter out exactly what I need for reports

Reconciling financial reports, comparing car rentals to invoices

Easy to use! I like the apps being in one place and the reports being easy to pull!

sometimes it can be hard to find stuff and the search doesn't always work

helps keep everything into one place for everyone to access. we don't have to have different places to store data/reports

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a quick way to create a data-driven workflow and has all the components you need to keep everyone in the loop with your progress. You can get an app up and running in one session.
If you want to add features, it is pretty easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once you connect a data source, it's hard to make changes to the source without starting over. The good news it, you can get creative in your solutions to accomplish tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is a Line of Business application that allows us to push work to users rather than having them constantly checking different systems to see if it is their turn to do something.
