Deployments made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Our company is recreating a billing system that has been in place for over two decades and we are very thankful there is a vibrant developer community that can assist us in this extremely complex endeavor. On the other hand, we have some other, simple databases that we needed implemented (i.e. visit tracking for billing and COVID encounter tracing) that we were able to do ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reports that we need that require output to PDFs or Excel for which we have to purchase third-party add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is helping us move our mission-critical custom software solution, patched together over two decades on a locally hosted Microsoft Access database, to a cloud-based solution, allowing us to work on it directly from home or in the field.

Easier DB but does not work like traditional databases

What do you like best about the product?
You don't have to know how to develop it like a traditional database. It's easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work like traditional databases. Especially if you've developed on other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as an employee tracking system.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of form functionality and customizable input fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit overwhelming for a beginner user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inputting lots of custom data into the quickbase database to make it easier to organize and report off from the central database system. This helped make it easier for certain departments to pull the data instead of having to access to central system.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is organized and it allows for multiple functions like storing documents, chat and data access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is somehow rustic but its not much of a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our team keep projects visible and accesible to all, as well as keeping us connected as we work from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable based on our workflow. The system scales up and down depending on our needs. It's easy to use and train others to use on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we use Quickbase for managing sales leads and tracking inventory, we still use other systems for saving contracts, docs and other files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom tracking of clients at each stage of the sales process. Tracking of our space inventory and various service caegories.

What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase allows me to have all of my finance apps in one place. It is pretty easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that QuickBase could do a better job at simplify certain tasks. Some steps are repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows me to complete multiple tasks with one tool. Instead of sharing different applications, I can collaborate quickly with my team members.

What do you like best about the product?
It's beneficial with the customized filter function which makes reporting a lot easier

It has a minimal search function, allowing only one value for each creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create reports that may take tons of time if with excel or other tools

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to get reports done.

How it is possible to get new features directly on production it really reduces our time to market.

What do you dislike about the product?
Companies that I have been talking to some companies here in Colombiam, they really like Quickbase, but they compare the dashboards with tools such as looker or PowerBI, but their want dinamic dashboards.

I notice some users here still having problems with the pipelines creation. They were used to automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The companies that I have guided are managing payroll systems, construction projects, invoicing systems and even collection management in Latam and central america.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a great low/no code app platform that makes it very easy for non-coders to get get started while simultaneously also providing advanced features that allow for depth and nuance to be baked into your custom applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Elements of QuickBases' account management processes leave something to be desired depending on your account plan. For instance, our account manager requests a quarterly update for their benefit yet we are billed hours for this meeting (which we have since discontinued).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apps built with Quickbase are serving as our primary customer relationship management platform. It helps us have real-time visibility into all revenue opportunities within our sales pipeline at any given time and provides a simple database for reporting applications.
