Quick and easy to use. User friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate even a HS student would be able to understand its usage
What do you dislike about the product?
There's downtime when accessing or take few minutes to load on a certain time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for logging and out. I use it when monitoring my agents productivity

What do you like best about the product?
It provides my organizations with the flexibility to create tailored solutions to meet their unique needs without requiring extensive coding knowledge.

The platform also provides a rich library of templates and pre-built applications that serve as a starting point for new users like me, saving time and effort in application development.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is typically based on the number of users and the complexity of the applications, which means that costs can increase as the user base or application requirements grow. This pricing model may pose a challenge for small businesses or organizations with limited budgets, as it can potentially become cost-prohibitive for them to fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Automation: Quickbase allows you to automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual effort and freeing up valuable time for my company employees. With Quickbase's intuitive interface, I can design and deploy custom workflows tailored to my organization's specific needs.

Data Centralization: Quickbase served as a centralized hub for all my data, eliminating the need for disparate spreadsheets and multiple software applications. By consolidating information within Quickbase, I got a comprehensive and unified view of its operations, leading to better decision-making and increased data accuracy.

Super easy tool to create ticketing system in few hours

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy, straight forward and doesn't need special education or skills to start creating your custom system. You can create very useful reporting and also visualise it inside the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive compared to other tools (e.g. SharePoint). There is lack of direct communication between quickbase and PowerBI/Excel/Other visualization tools. Limited functionality compared to SharePoint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy and fast development of new custom internal ticketing systems. My team managed to prepare first draft of the tool in two hours and we had a working solution in less than a day

A frustrating delight

What do you like best about the product?
The technology of the platform (rapid development/deployment, Pipelines, notifications, integration of custom programming) make it second to none in service of a wide variety of industries and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer experience with the sales department at Quickbase has generally been poor. It often takes a long time to hear back from folks, my clients have been shuffled numerous times between Account Managers, and communication is not appropriately handed off to the new people. Also, the pricing structure is incredibly harsh and unworkable for small businesses. I'd have brought twice as many companies to the platform were it not for user minimums and drastic price increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've helped companies utilize Quickbase for solutions in Project Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, bespoke Customer Relationship Management and advanced Engineering Analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
No or very low coding to use the platform. Form design and reporting is efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipleines is wonderful but not easy to use and require multiple iterations to implement to achieve desired results . From design is limited to some extent and can be better with more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commercial mortgage loan origination and transaction tracking system. Managing deal flow and steps needed to complete the transaction.

What do you like best about the product?
- no code ease for business application user
- Has a completed SaaS platform from security/Compliance/Database functionality/Some UI/Administration
- Integration on webhook/3rd party software through Pipeline and /ODBC connectivity to support to be a expandible palatform
- Provide mutliple ti
What do you dislike about the product?
- Even it is a no code system but the configuration/integration scriptiing/database schema changes/Column formula are NO version control.
- No system dashboard to live monitor / review system activities on system resource usages.
- Performance Insight is only show potential issue but not clear what will be the suggested outcome from the reported issues
- Pipeline is user based instead of resource based which can managed /assigned to/by muliple user based on their user role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease to integrate the business flow with external system; build a data model to support the online transaction/workflow usage / can maint the system for change from different level of user roles/levels ; share the application feature with external integrator; share the QB app with external business partner to use the same process defined

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about quickbase is that it is no code. It enables non-tech companies to still maintain the edge of companies that have a dedicated software team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited or difficult outside data integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use quickbase to track jobs in progress and allowing multiple users to make notes

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Quickbase is COMPLETLY CUSTOMIZABLE. If there is a feature I do not need, then I dont have to worry about working/ seeing that feature on every screen. Quickbase University is also very helpful when I want to add more to my apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel their support could use more attention. The wait time for a support ticket takes too long. I also received a price hike that was nearly double after only using Quickbase for a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The office receives data of what is happening on the field and taking place in customer buildings. Ultimately, this determines how much money goes in and out of the door.
