Our company contracted with QB to write a project management application for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
QB speeds up the tracking process and improved time management.

getting all of our components in the platform to link.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Quickbase is when it comes to customizing it to your specific needs. Once your app is built and functional, adding features and options and reports is really easy and is a quick learn. I use it everyday and have rolled it to various teams in my company, and my team loves it cause its easy to see where projects or requests stand at that moment in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do need to have some degree of coding/development experience to get the Pipelines features to work properly and to get the most out of it. But once you see how it works from the inside, its easy to figure out how to get what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me keep track of all the image requests for my company and for our website. Its helpful to see where specific requests are and all the details, so that if I have questions, I know who to talk to.
EXTREMELY EASY TO USE AND MODIFY
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the system is to modify to meet our company needs. We are able to create custom reports in a very prompt manor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it doesn't easily integrate into our lab operating system.

allows us to have a database of tests and results as well as our billing

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard feature. It has made preparing multiple reports so much easier for me. I can easily use filters and pipelines to pull in data from other applications. The quick access to data and how easily I can sort it truly makes this app perfect for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometime find it difficult to intigrate Quickbase with other app that I am using currently. Eg. I use cloud ERP cloud ( SQL ) which I find difficult to integrate in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often faced challenges preparing multiple reports manually every day, it was really time-consuming and tedious. Quickbase allowed me to create all reports on a single Dashboard screen using various filters in the background. Downloading a CSV file and copy-pasting those details in the mail saved me a lot of time.

It's got a lot of data, lots and lots of data

It's a bit cumbersome, sometimes I feel like it could be better

I am not a big fan of when the buttons move or interface changes from what i am used to.

Managing historical job data for visualizations (GP, profit, Revenue, costs)
Very user friendly and many customizations.

How user friendly it is and accesible to users who maybe don't know programming languages but know logic.

Not being able to also implement programming languages or edit existing tables with AI even though they were not created originally with AI.

The ability to create solutions for any problem in the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Quickbase allows me to have multiple views of my information so that I can review only the most relevant information at that particular time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search function was a little robust and allowed more options such as boolean search or searching multiple fields. I also think that the filters are not always user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows for our company and our guest users to set tasks for the other to complete while hosting a historical record of these interactions.

Easy use of Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease and visual frendly icons to maneur around and make the settings as per our convenieince.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the worked saved real time, and also going back to the previous page can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To upload documents, artifacts and keep it in a central repository

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has switched from Salesforce to Quickbase for our CRM funtions +. This is so much easier to create, program, and update than Salesforce. I wish we would have listened to our IT Director before this. The change was easier than expected. We are up and running with more functionality than we had in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right combination of features or feature help can be cumbersome, but I normally find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to create a replacement for Salesforce CRM in 2 months. That is quicker than the entire implementation for Salesforce. So much easier to understand and use.
