Easy-to-learn platform with valuable integration capabilities
What is our primary use case?
How has it helped my organization?
Our clients greatly appreciate the reporting feature, which allows them to view data. This capability enables them to analyze information according to their specific business requirements.
What is most valuable?
The product's most valuable feature is its ability to link tables like SQL in a cloud environment and seamlessly visualize data in table format. Additionally, it provides an efficient way to create and view reports.
What needs improvement?
Areas for improvement in QuickBase include incorporating certain formulas like VLOOKUP, commonly used in platforms like Excel. Additionally, they could enhance the ability to link records between tables directly without the need for additional automation to increase space and time.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using QuickBase for a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
In my work experience with QuickBase, I haven't encountered any signs of bugs or instability. It has proven to be stable and reliable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is a scalable product. Currently, our project has three teams, each consisting of approximately 100 members, utilizing QuickBase.
How are customer service and support?
I have contacted the technical support team three to four times for assistance with certain features. Their response time and ability to find a resolution are quite good.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is generally straightforward, but the testing process behind feature updates may sometimes cause delays in their rollout. Incorporating every feature of Excel into QuickBase can be challenging and may take some time. However, once achieved, it can be utilized as a highly effective tool.
What other advice do I have?
The impact of QuickBase's integration capabilities with other tools has been positive. I've successfully integrated it with two to three business applications, and the experience has been quite good. The seamless integration with different applications effectively enhances the in-house features. It is a more modular version of Excel, particularly beneficial for projects requiring collaboration across multiple locations. However, Excel remains a suitable option for teams situated in one location. Considering factors like functionality and price, the product proves to be worth the investment.
It is easy for a beginner to learn to use QuickBase for the first time. The instructions, manuals, and videos provided within the tool are exceptional for learning how to use it. After viewing the videos, users can easily build applications with various features.
I rate it as an eight. There's still room for improvement in the UI. Nevertheless, it is a useful tool. Sometimes, I notice a lag in the software during business hours due to the high volume of data being circulated. It needs to perform optimally. The feature to export data in a required format also has limitations, especially regarding the number of records that can be exported.

Quickbase is helping us to track thousands of documents allows us to track the most important one and accelerate our workflow
SAAS - Easy case and project management
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily create customize application with out any code or low code to improve the business process. We can also easily connect third party accounting application like Quickbook online, Xero without any connector like WOrkato or Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time we need to connect again and again with accounting system there may be a coonection issue. we are also getting slowness in the performanace while dealing with large data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Quickbase for Internal and external purpose. We use Quickbase on organzation level where we manage the training of the employees, here we track the hours spent on the training, topic of the training, skills they achieve for the trainig and other relevant information. We also use Quickbase for our client here we have a client of how is lawyer firm where we manage the information of client which releted to case management here we manage and track the information of different cases from Insurance company like payment received, date on which payment received, what is the payment receivables, commisionor charges of the client. We have also connected Quickbook online to track the aacounting information of the client where we combine both the operation and a ccounting information to make the dasboard and show the major KPI
Easy to customize and helps to keep projects on track and on budget
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of managing and automating workfrow in real time and cooperatively. It's easy to build form and very simple to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to setup notifications but it's really simple to learn and provides quick application development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled me to create centralized and flexible workplace that allows me to collaborate efficiently on projects. Very straightforward and saves money and time.
Easy to learn for new users
What do you like best about the product?
Just completed the QuickBase fundamentals training and as a result, I feel very confident navigating and building in the software. As a first time user it is very user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Controlling the scope, with so many features and functions you have to be mindful about what data you're trying to display for end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows our organization to have a single point of data entry versus multiple spreadsheets stored in multiple locations.
Love the Quickbase product as a consultant, but expecting response from support a bit quicker
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a good drag-and-drop tool. I like how easy it is to use and develop something in Quickbase. Also, deployment and maintenance don't take much effort. I used it for a few projects and really liked it. I am amazed by the number of pipelines that allow me to connect to different systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The waiting time to get a response from the support is long. Expecting quicker responses from the support engineer

It is helping a lot by removing the overhead to maintain multiple systems to store data, host application, manage infrastructures.

Keeps all my information organized and attainable. I have no dislike.

It allows me to schedule tasks with time and expense monitoring of my entire manufacturing process until delivery to the client. It very practical and complete.
Easy SAAS - Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best of Quickbase is that we can easily integrate it with third party application on top of that now they are giving the facility of AI where we can create the application with the prompt.

There is only one draw back some time while working on large data set we experience slow down in the performance

I'm trying to find a dislike, but honestly, it's a great tool and I'm very happy with it.

Easy to use Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase application is helpful to create application quickly with low code or no code where we can quickly create the application by drag and drop fields. We can also integrate this platform with third party accounting software or any third party application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i personally feel that dashboard quickbase is providing is not as professional as other products like Microsoft Power BI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Quickbase we have replaced spread sheet which helps our client to track the information on a real time basis. As it is providing real time information to client in reasult we are making client work easy which helps our client to work more in Quickbase.
