Intuitive for the lay user, with room for customization

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is very user friendly, with the most essential features easy enough for anyone to learn. This makes it useful for collecting and sharing data amongst anyone in your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can feel like jumping through hoops to get past the "training wheels" if you are more familiar with database software. However, there is usually a way to achieve what you are hoping to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows synchronizing data across our departments and easily collecting and visualizing data on our projects. It reduces room for error and allows more time for non-clerical tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I find QuickBase pipelines and javascript support very useful for developing applications. Quickbase reports make data analysis very easy for the users. The customer support is also very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the cost of the services are bit high, and apart from that, I also found some inconsistencies while using the pipelines in the long run. The usage of the field in a pipeline cannot be known using the field usage tab, which navigates to cloud pipes, and we have to check all the relevant pipelines for the field. I feel this can be made easy by directly navigating to the respective pipeline from the field usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of QuickBase can easily overcome the problem of automating data management. Pipelines, Actions and Formula fields make good souces to manage and analyse the applications' data effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Rapid Application Development, Customizability, Data Management and Reporting, Security and Governance make it beneficial for users and developers to use or manage apps in QuickBase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration Complexity, Customization Limitations, Dependency on Internet Connection and involvement of the learning curve are some aspects in which I feel QuickBase can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase is solving the data management and reporting problems for me. It reduces the time and effort of data management and makes report-making easy. Low-code development of applications using QuickBase is very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
We used this application to build lots of use cases for our clients. We as well as our clients love the UI, Performance, Charts, Reports, Reminders, subscriptions etc.,
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find anything as of now bad regarding QuickBase. Everything about QuickBase is excellent, be it user interface or automations.
We will recommend this tool to our upcoming clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is not only solving our problems it also majorly benefits our clients in multiple ways. We built resource management tools, workflow management tools, evaluation tools etc., Quickbase enabled us to create interactive reports that improved productivity and the workflows enable us to seamlessly work around the data & generate reports. This enhances our productivity , efforts, time & cost for us as well as our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The QuickBase team itself is the best thing about the product. They're always available and always willing to help. They even helped us evaluate what use cases are a good fit for QuickBase implementation and which are not.
Quickbase has evolved over time into a platform that we are unable to live without. It is a productivity booster for our teams and we've been able to pass on many benefits of the platform and its low-cost low-code features to our numerous clients as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform lacks a fresh and an enhanced user experience especially from UI perspective. All you can do so far with the platform is change its color however client needs have gone way past this feature and an ability to synergize with client's branding requirements is the need of the hour.

QuickBase needs to pull up their socks in this area and provided enhanced UX capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase being a LCNC platform helps us build back-office applications for our customers and internal organization as well in quick turnaround, low cost, low maintenance fee, and has helped us achieve faster and higher productivity. Quickbase scores high on our cost-benefit analysis and therefore a go-to platform for productivity achievement. We've deployed QB in HR, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Insurance, ITSM etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sliding feature of the Kanban report is very lucrative
The Beta style help to style the information in a proper format
The recently introduced AI/ML to auto-suggest the Table Name and Fields Name is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
1. table report still has a five dynamic filter
2. The cross-app relationship only shows in the child table
3. break and continue is not supported in make request body yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Approval of workflow design
2. ordering of Kits and medicine for Medical purposes, tack the status and trigger Notification
3. KPI reporting and Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The pipelines and the relationships between the tables. One can visualize the fields and all the dependencies involved. The customizability based on the roles is also one of the best things QuickBase provides. The freedom that comes with using the code pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can also be more freedom for customizing the User Interface within the forms.
The application tends to suffer in speed while loading vast amounts of records.
You can discontinue offing the pipelines while editing, it leads to let the pipeline remains inactive if not handled attentively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase is solving the problem of maintaining the data for reporting purposes for getting approvals based on the role level notifications. The notifications and alerts help to avoid lot of to and fro communications and helps in working more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
1. I like the recent AI/ML implementation of auto-suggestion of field name and Table Name
2. I like the feature of the dashboard to add multiple tabs
3. The report is enhanced by type beta, which helps to increase the size of the column
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The Report can't have more than five filter
2. The "Make request" of Pipeline don't support Break and Continue feature

What do you like best about the product?
Within a short span we can build app and automate the process, send the appropriate emails to customers and Managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the reporting structure and more report types needed. Formula query performance need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the app, we are doing our customer interaction and selling our products. So we know at stage we are and how much we are selling the things.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated Notifications feature, Easy to Manage Data, Easy to create reports, Easy to create tables, Easier to visualize the data, Easy to understand and learn in a very short period
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in pipelines, deployment of changes as it has to be done manually (even if we copy app we will need to do few configurations again), not everything can be customized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is replacing the sheets for tracking data. It is replacing ticketing tools. It enables me to complete the project development in a short time. It has allowed me to perform more efficiently in developing the modules.
